100% would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Promised the install 1 week ago. Before they would even order our solar system, they required FULL payment upfront. The Contractors never showed up. When they had been over 4 hours late, they finally called me back and said their car had broken down and they would be unable to come and they would get back to me next week with a rescheduled install date. I had not heard anything by the next Tuesday so I emailed and had a response within 5 minutes. They informed me that the install would be at least another 3 weeks. I felt uneasy and called them to ask for a refund as I had lost faith that they could actually provide the products we had paid for. After 14 emails and 2 phone calls, they offered us $300 refund in “compensation”. I FINALLY got them to agree to refund our money so we could have a system installed. Please do your research and STAY AWAY from this “company”

Solar System Keeps Shutting Down Every Fifteen Minutes And They Will Not Help. Smart House Solar or my Installer will not fix the problem of the Inverter Shutting Down and they told me that I would have to get Origin to fix the problem with the lines. Lucky there are people out there that know there job and I was able to get someone that knows what he is doing to fix the problem at my cost and it has not shut down since, Do Not Buy From Smart House Solar.
