I’ve been using Smartico as our CRM tool, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The platform itself is very cool, lots of flexibility with automations, gamification, and campaign setups.

But the real highlight for me has been the Success Managers. I’ve worked with four different ones so far and every single one has been great. Super responsive, helpful, and always quick to jump in when we need something. It really feels like they care about making things work for us.

Really an amazing experience to work with Smartico! Guys are really great, always eager to help, quick, take time and have patients to explain and guide, appreciate critic and suggestions for improvements. Every month they introduce new features and system improvements, Their AI solutions show they are not followers, but started with adopting AI much before the others. Help center is very useful and pretty much detailed. I would always recommend them as they strive to become better every day. :-)
