Do not trust this company - they will not provide a returns address for a faulty item - so I seem unable to get a refund .

Watch arrived late, doesn’t charge at all, been emailing now for 2 weeks and only had 1 reply.

Disappointed with this company ordered in November we’re now near end of January no product came from seller wait weeks for replies and now not had a reply since December when asked for a refund haven’t a clue how to get money back these are a very bad company to buy from

Terrible product . Mine was faulty so didn’t charge at all but did I manage to get my money back or a replacement! No !!

I have now reported this company to resolver as they are refusing to refund me.

My mum bought a watch for my son for Christmas. The product is faulty and won’t attach to the charger. It’s become badly scratched by trying to remove the screen to get the charger on the the charging holes. The magnets are useless. They take over a week to respond Everytime you email and are refusing to refund us. They keep asking for evidence which I have sent in a video and which they have confirmed they have but they won’t refund. They are rated 1.4 on trust pilot. I believe their 6000 positive reviews on google are fake. Scam company.

Received a Fitbit that was clearly second hand and broken. There is no phone number to call this company!

After reading the review I was really worried but mines arrived today and I am really happy with it it came 2 days later not next day but happy with how it works

Agree with all the other one star reviews - complete rip off and their five star reviews have to be fake. Battery life is very limited and if you have location services on it basically eats battery within a few hours - less than a school day for sure. The GPS tracking doesn't work even when requested manually - constantly shows my son as being miles away. Avoid like the plague.

Awful customer service. Never received my order and they will not respond on the customer service email. Do not buy from them.

If I could give this site 0 stars I would. I purchased a smart watch for Christmas for my son to keep track of him while playing out. Unfortunately the tracking doesn’t work only allows calls intermittently and says offline even though it has a contract sim with credit. The time doesn’t work and just about everything else doesn’t work. I’ve sent at least 6 emails since Boxing Day to receive only 2 replies asking me to upload videos to show the problem. No resolution as yet to be agreed and my last email over a week ago was asking for a refund and to return the watch to which I have had no reply. Absolutely disgusted with the service!

Don’t waste your money, took days to get a signal that lasted a couple of hours. GPS tracker never worked. Now it won’t even turn on. Can’t return the watch unless is unopened and unused. Absolute rip off.

Update on my previous review. Only wish I could give this scamming company -10 stars. Eventually received a watch today. This may be down to the fact that I reported the company to my bank. The watch will be going straight back.

If I could upload a photo of the box, I would. The information on the back of the box is grammatically incorrect .
For example :

‘Please do not make the device disassemble, strike or throw into the fire’

‘Please must be connected to a power source 5V/1A while charging device’

PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from these fraudsters!!

The reviews on the website must be false. We bought a watch for our daughter for Christmas. She was so excited but that was short lived as the video calls don’t work and the tracking is showing our daughter is 5 miles away when at home.
Emailed customer services but they don’t have the decency to reply and help fix the problem or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a sonic kids watch for my son in December 24. I received the watch and tried to charge it. Initially it wouldn’t charge but I tried again a few days later and it worked. I then downloaded the app but I couldn’t pair the app with the watch. Bluetooth was enabled and I tried to troubleshoot the problem but it just wouldn’t work.

I’ve requested a returns label but they want proof that the watch doesn’t work - a photo or video. However, I deleted the app and I don’t really want to download it again.

After reading all the reviews, I’ve realised this is something they do. They try to make the returns process as painful as possible probably in the hope that you’ll give up with your request.

So, please don’t buy a watch from them. The reviews on their website are obviously misleading and do not mentioned any of the issues highlighted here.

The watch I bought for my 9 year old son for Xmas does not work properly, and despite multiple emails to the company over the last 2 weeks, I have had NO RESPONSE from the company with regards to a replacement watch or refund. Do not buy from this company as their customer service is non-existent.

Battery life is too short (location service drains battery to 0% in 3-4 hours).

Bought this watch for Christmas for my child. Initially she was 100% happy and enjoying it until she realised she has to charge it every 3 or 4 hours. Even if she puts it on just before school and fully charged it will last only until mid of school day. So she stopped using it completely (useless). I understand that all depends on location update settings and customer support advised to turn it off completely, but whole point of buying this watch was to be able to track my child and ensure alert is received if she leaves safe area geofence. Please note there is no mention of how long battery is expected to last (nothing in the manual or on the Web site). Asked customer support to return the watch and get refund - no response at all. Considering all said I don't recommend this product or company itself. Will never buy anything from them again.

I bought a watch for my granddaughter, we could not get it to work sent it back at my own cost, they sent a video shoeing the watch working? No proof it was same watch said they would refund 50% of cost of watch,or I would have to pay for it to be returned to me, ignoring all my emails now, cannot find a phone number to call them AVOID THIS COMPANY

Faulty watch, was sent without the SIM card so had to buy one from eBay, then the watch is stuck on the same location so unable to track my son which was the reason for buying in first place, have asked for help a number of times and just been ignored. The battery is supposed to last 5 days but the next day it's dead. Do not buy from this company. All reviews on their website are fake

Disgusted at this company, bought a smartwatch for my 10yo and the battery is faulty. The battery rarely charges to 100% after multiple attempts and then drains quickly. He can't even use it for it's intended purpose which was to give me peace of mind when he is walking to and from school. I contacted them regarding the faulty battery issue and had no response. What a waste of money!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Update: Finally got an email response sent to me at 1am which suggests to me that they are based abroad somewhere which I don't find acceptable considering the website says they are based in London. Basically advised me to turn everything off such as location services and then take photos to see how long the battery takes to drain?? What is the point in that? That is what I bought the watch for...so I know where my son is and so that he can call me if he needs to!!! Not only that but when the location function is on it shows the watch in the middle of a river a few miles away when it is actually in the house!! Rubbish. It's blatantly clear after reading numerous recent reviews here about these watches that they are sending out a whole load of faulty stock but are refusing to acknowledge this fact!!! Why is the customer being made to jump through hoops when it is clear they are selling watches with faulty batteries and useless GPS???

Scammers!!! They have multiple websites, selling different stuff ,all registered under same company name and address, QUADRIO LTD , registered address 124 City Road , London. I have bought a watch for my son's birthday I'm December, contacted customer service for a return label to be sent out ,because the watch clearly it's not new , with scratches on it . They replied to take a picture, after picture been sent, they said ,oh must be the protective film ...No , I asked for a return label ,and they taking a p..... ignoring me . I have reported them as well . The reviews on their website are fake . I should had check it out here before buying from this scammers. Ongoing emails since December 2024!!! For a return label .I hope their business will be shut one day for the way they behaved .
