A. Here is my story: (1) Ordered directly from the website, (2) And only then checked reviews here on Trustpilot, (3) Got shocked, and mentally prepared for a loss. (4) Received the item 4-5 days later. (5) Got nano SIM from Lebara, (5) Installed and configured Parent App (user guide is in the box), and (6) ... it works! - Did I get lucky? Frankly, if I was to read reviews here before the purchase I would not order it.
B. The watch itself is pretty basic, but what would you expect for £65? Camera quality is OK to say the most. And if my kid scratches it etc., it will not be catastrophic. Important thing is it does work as described.

Be careful about this company they promise next day delivery and they don’t abide to it. I placed an order at the beginning of December and still has not received it and today is 20 December!!! When you email them to cancel the order, they ignore the emails!!! Very unprofessional!!!

Scam company. It’s all a fraud. Basically a criminal enterprise.

Complete scam. Placed an order the end of November. Still waiting for watch. Have requested they cancel my order and process a refund 3 times but no response. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM!!!

Did not received product - Blackhole email address when contacting support - Total scam website. Do not order from them

Do not purchase from this company!!!! Shocking they state it is next day delivery only to not receive smart watch and have had no response through the support email via website.

Still not received and still chasing a refund daylight robbery.

As with a lot of people here, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as the “5 star” reviews they claim on their website are not a true reflection of the product. I received the watch in cheap flimsy packaging not what you’d expect for the price of the watch, The packaging was sealed so I wrapped it up for my granddaughters birthday and upon opening, the face was scratched all over m, my daughter asked if it had been used, I was mortified! Quality of photos are awful, it’s cheap, nasty and I don’t understand after all the complaints it has had why they are still trading. Don’t waste good money on this rubbish, had better quality out of a Christmas cracker!

Pathetic customer service, never received confirmation of order email , no response from request to return bad quality item , avoid at all cost

Awful customer service. Watch won’t turn on after a few months. Sent it back but they said it worked fine. Won’t give a refund or a new watch and now completely ignore my emails. The watches worked briefly but the functionality was shocking. Calls would ring and ring on my phone but not show up on the watch when I called it. Messages took forever to get through and the call quality was poor. Camera is a joke

Avoid! Scam company mislead you into purchasing but don’t have the stock. Send a different product and claim it was a mistake. Promise to send the correct order when you return, but then email to say unfortunately don’t have it in stock. Awaiting refund.

Very vey bad. Poor quality do no buy. The watches don’t work. Bed customer service.

Apalling customer service and a product that is not fit for purpose. Taking action.

Ordered 2 watches not received.. lost in transit apparently..smartwatch said not there problem no reply’s now.. so I’ve lost the money and the watches
Of course there is no phone number either

If I could give it zero I would.

1. Battery drained in a few hours.

2. Once SIM card was in it could only reliably send/receive calls and messages if being made from the same house.

3. GPS was inaccurate by approximately 20-30 miles.

4. Pitiful responses from customer support. When I complained they said they would only give refund if the watch was unused (had to be used to realise it wasn't fit for purpose). But they would assess the watch to confirm the fault (explained that would be difficult with no SIM card as removed when returned).

5. Since returning the watch the company has ghosted me, no longer responding to emails, watch was sent recorded delivery, so they have the watch and my money.

6. Oh and the camera and video function is awful.

The upshot is, don't waste your money or your time, it is clearly a scam.

Awful experience!
We bought 3 watches for our children for Christmas 23.
One arrived open and seemed used but by the time they arrived we didn’t have time to seek an alternative.
When the kids opened them on Christmas Day they couldn’t do anything with them as no matter what we tried it would only show the clock and some confusing screens which seeming did nothing without a code which we didn’t have.
The next day the batteries were dead so my husband put one on charge - 15 minutes later the charger had melted and the whole house stank of electrical fire! Thank goodness we were only in the next room!
We immediately tried to contact the company but despite multiple emails over the next few weeks all we ever got was an out-of-office reply to say they’d be back on the 27th December!
After months of us and Barclays trying to contact the company, Barclays agreed we’d been scammed and refunded us in full.
We never did hear anything back from the company.

Scam do not buy from this company. Not refunds no contact.

Do not buy from this company. The products don't match how they are advertised and the functionality of the maps and your Childs location is always wrong. The battery drains after 4or 5 hours. Poor battery and hence it’s useless. They make calls and do texts but that's it. The app is poor too. I've since tried to contact them to get a refund but with no phone number all you can do is email and I've had zero response. they feel very fraudulent and don't deliver any sort of after sales customer service. Do NOT buy from Kids SmartWatch

I bought a watch and the location function does not work and they have refused to give a refund despite me being entitled to one and numerous emails.

If i could give this company less than one star I would! I came on here unfortunately after purchasing the watch as I was silly enough to trust what is on their website to be true and accurate reviews, boy was I wrong!! The watch does not work despite trying various SIM cards, I contacted the company and received a reply from “Alice” asking me to send photo and video proof of this? I have never received such poor customer service in my life! Despite sending a photo? (I mean why)? She then asked if my sim card was topped up and working?! At this point had tried my own personal SIM card, my partners and a pay as you go sim with credit on it. I gave in and purchased another watch (from a different company) that actually works! I am now after several emails asking for a return address being completely ignored!
