Andrew & his team arrived on time & went above and beyond, helped dismantle some of my furniture as this would save space at the storage unit I had booked. They finished loading really quickly & let me know once my furniture was safely in storage. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend.
I used smart moves to move house from Leeds to Bognor Regis, almost 300 miles. I was a frazzled mess when they arrived on moving day and was instantly put at ease. The team were fantastic! Friendly and cheerful , they worked fast and efficiently, were very careful with my belongings, wrapping my delicate items with protective blankets - they even helped in removing my tv from the wall!!! At my new home, the team placed all of my belongings into the correct rooms including heavy items that needed to be upstairs. I literally stood back and watched! A single mother with three children, one of which is disabled, smart moves were honestly an absolute godsend. I cannot praise this company enough!!!!! Thankyou lads! Brilliant service!
