When you see the ads it looks like a terrific idea. I ordered 3D Infinity Track. WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The pieces do not all fit together.
I, my husband and son all spent hours trying to make a track. I was determined to put it together and through hours of working I believe some pieces worked but not all of it together so a completed track could not be made. Talk about frustrating! This was a
Christmas present for grandchildren gone wrong. There is nothing left to do but throw it out.

First, I ordered an item that I expected prior to Christmas. It was ordered 3 weeks before and I did not receive it until over 1 week after I needed it for a gift! I ordered an archery set that claimed to be for 6 year olds and above and when I finally received the package, it clearly stated on the package that it was recommended for 3 year old and above. It was cheaply made and my 6 year would have broken it in a minute! I returned it and was reimbursed partially for the item and then in addition, I had to pay return shipping costs!!! So I paid for something I could never use, had to buy another present that was given late and was inconvenienced by spending time returning this item. I’ll never buy from this company again! Even their offer for store credit instead of returning item could not convince me that their advertisements were inaccurate and very misleading.

They took 40 days to delivery my order. I order a set of DIY set, so the toy track can be bigger in size. First they forgot to ship the second item, then it was difference size. I tried to cancel my order multiple times even before they shipped the first one and they never responded to me. They only communicate one way that your order has been shipped. No apologies, no solutions. They do not respond to your return requests. Incredibly overpriced Items. Same DIY track kit is sold on amazon by different vendors and they all have less than 3 percent reviews. Unfortunately only Wyoming allowed these fake registrations and I knew it and overlooked in holiday rush. I am disputing with my Credit card now and I hope they refund me.

I ordered two antigravity race tracks on December 13 and it is now December 26 and one of the race tracks seems to be stuck in New Jersey the other one there’s no shipping details. I have emailed them numerous times with no response. I’m beginning to think it’s a scam. So I have now sent in a dispute with my credit card company for both items seriously ticked off. Do not buy from them.

Do not order from this website- another China fake site false claims false advertisement no response after several emails - finally responds after the order ships (3 weeks later) so you can’t cancel! Ordered a month before Christmas & still hasn’t arrived!!!

The package seems lost in transit. No one from the company responds. Can’t get in touch with the carriers. This is awful!

Everything was not what they proclaim. Guaranteed by Christmas... I'll be lucky to see it by New Years day. Good customer service... not. Haven't even received a response. No way to contact them other then through an email. Oh and nether comes from where they say they ship from. Will not do business with them ever again.

I placed an order on 12.01.2025 as a Christmas present. I never received a shipping notification.

I had started emailing Smartoon Kids on 12.12.2025 because I was concerned that the gift would not arrive by Christmas.

They finally responded to me via email at 1am on 12.16.2025 telling me the order had shipped on 12.03.2025 and was stuck in transit. They would contact the shipper to get it moving as well as get the tracking number. They promised to get the package there on time and make it right.

If the order had actually shipped on 12.03.2025, they would have a tracking number.

On 12.17.2025 at 4pm, I asked to cancel the order because I knew that it hadn't shipped and wouldn't be there on time. I had made several more attempts to get a hold of them.

On 12.17.2025 at 8:29pm and 8:45pm, I received two emails letting me know that they had just shipped my two items in the order. The estimated delivery date is 01.19.2026 and appears to be coming from Canada. That is NOT in time for Christmas.

Please keep in mind, they have no customer service phone number, or any published phone number so that you can't call them. I asked them to call me on 12.17.2025 at 11:45am so we could talk. No call received.

They claim on their website that they have 24/7 customer service. That is a lie. You can only reach them by a form on their website or at an email listed on their website.

I have now requested a return and will be contacting my card service to dispute the payment. I have had to find another gift and have it sent so it would be there for the young child on Christmas.

I have emails to prove all of this. Their toys might be okay, but their customer service is the worst. I would never recommend them or do business with them again.
