I have been waiting for a delivery for…
I have been waiting for a delivery for 7 days. I have been in every time the driver supposedly was going to drop it off. You can't speak to anyone at Homescapes or their delivery firm DPD.

Very well made parcel box
Very well made parcel box. Works well. Only negative I have it was difficult to put on the wall, the video doesn’t actually work in the same way, you cannot put the bolts through the inside of the box. The hole is too small. But other than that great job.

Just fitted it today. Great product and sturdy. Worth the money and we got a discount code 5%. Should save on parcel theft now and piece of mind our packages are safe while we are out. Fully assembled and just expanding bolt fixings. Yet to see if the barcode feature is working and useful to couriers. We bought the large box free standing bolted to the wall. Good phone communication too about the product.

No more drafts with post pushed half way through
We decided to invest in one of these as I was fed up with cold drafts where post was only being pushed through halfway due to dogs barking likely . Now life is a breeze . Check every night to see if any post but know it’s safe even when we go away.

Disappointing - broken lock
I bought a small parcel box from Smart Parcel Box in May 2021. It hasn’t fared well over time. From the start, the box has let water in when it rains which isn’t ideal when I’m away from home and can’t retrieve mail straight away.
The red paint has faded considerably over time, and a couple of weeks ago the lock broke.
For £130+ I would expect something like this to last for longer than 5 years, if I’m honest. I would also expect it to not let in large amounts of water around the door opening - it’s something that a simple design tweak could fix fairly easily.
Overall, whilst it’s accepted parcels, it hasn’t fully met my expectations in terms of functionality.

Wow, great product.
Wow, I'm impressed. Great product. The box is sturdy and well made. It arrived within 2 days of purchasing so very impressed with the ease of ordering and quick delivery. It was easy to install and works really well. It was simple to register and once the delivery is made and the barcode is scanned, I get an immediate notification to my phone. I bought the medium size and it is perfect for my needs, a bit larger than I anticipated but well worth the money. The only thing I would say is that it doesn't come with a mat to soften the landing so I improvised and used the polystyrene packaging to create a soft cushion, which works really well. I am so happy with my purchase as I was fed up of deliveries being dumped on my doorstep without notification, so this is perfect.

Great idea but Royal Mail and delivery companies don’t use it.
Quality of the box is good. Arrived quickly. Installed on wall of house. Registered the box, added all the instructions/details (as advised by Smart Parcel Box) on our profiles and/or delivery instructions with each delivery company so they can use it. NOT EVEN ONE DELIVERY COMPANY HAS USED IT. They ignore it. Still deliver on doorstep or take package away. It’s so frustrating. They won’t use it or recognise it for what it is marketed to be…a proof of delivery parcel box in the absence of anyone being at home.
