This is the most awful car park to ever find, do not book this place there a scam, they tell you there 10 mins from Manchester airport when there actually 20 minutes away.

Fantastic service at Gatwick Park and Ride! The booking process was simple, the staff were friendly, and the shuttle to the terminal was quick and efficient. My car was kept secure, and pickup was hassle-free. Great value for money – highly recommended!

This company scored low due to the extremely bad comms, arriving late for departure flight and arrival flight despite following all instructions of giving them the required notice on the email instructions, An hour late for our departure drop off then the agreed booked time slot, and 30 minutes late on our arrival this is in addition to their mandated travel time. When the business rep arrived no apology nothing, we were so delayed by this company arriving to take our car we literally ran for our flight and only just made it as they arrived so late! I started to panic and called them every 10 mins looking for updates they turned their phones off and didn't even answer the mainline. Total joke would never use again and recommend you find yourself another parking agent. AWFUL!!

Booked a parking in Heathrow with them. Everything fine till the moment when I supposed to pick up my car. They informed me they can't give me the car before the time agreed (even though in the contract they mention that you can call the moment when you clear the customs and they will deliver in about 20 minutes) I said ..okay I will wait. They delivered the car 2 hours later then the hour agreed. I understand you can't deliver early but 2 hours after the contract? After I called like 7-8 times? Avoid this company!

Seemed legit and the guy turned up on time, but they gave us duff instructions for where to meet him which wasted precious time. He then took up time we didn’t really have coaching us through the online system for leaving him a personal 5-star review - we were running late for boarding by then.
But it was picking up the car 2 weeks later that confirmed our review: someone had completely rearranged the seating - both front seats were set way back and the passenger seat was fully reclined. Why would they do that?
Then we started the car and instantly realized something was wrong. The engine was clearly only running on 3 out of 4 cylinders, juddering and almost conking out. We have written to them three times asking for an explanation - needless to say no reply. Diagnosis and repair was expensive. Considering legal action but difficult to prove anything. I was in a hurry (partly their fault) so did not record the mileage.
Recommend you avoid: cheap to book but all in all the most expensive airport parking yet.

BOOKED BUT THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON THE CONFIRMATION SO TRIED TO SORT IT. ORIGINALLY TOLD IT WOULD BE £9 THEN WENT UPTO £15 AND TOLD PRICE WOULD GO UP EVERY 10 MINS.
WAS TOLD WE WOULD GET A REFUND BUT NEVER RECEIVED A PENNY TOTAL SCAM !! THEY ARE GOING UNDER ANOTHER NAME AS WELL NOW
