Great experience, fast and professional, I am very happy with the service provided. I would recommend them to everyone!

My toilet cistern had overflowed and I had an outside tap that was dripping so I needed to get both fixed quickly. I looked on Google and reviews for Smart Plumbers were all excellent and Amir was highly recommended. I rang the firm and arranged an appointment for the afternoon. Amir and his colleague arrived on time. Amir fixed the tap very quickly without any difficulty.
He then looked at the cistern and established that it needed a new part. Fortunately I have two toilets, so he cut the water supply off to the broken cistern and came back the next day when he managed to fit the new part it does vibrate after every flush but it certainly works well. I asked him for a quote to replace the cistern which he was pleased to give me and I will certainly ask him back to do that work and other plumbing work as well in the future. I would recommend Smart Plumbers and Amir without hesitation. He was very efficient and very polite and considerate.

Absolutely brilliant company I had a leaking fridge freezer valve. I called up at 9 engineer amir contacted me straight away to arrange an emergency call out on a Sunday morning. Very professional I would highly recommend this company thank you so much 😀

Honestly I’m not one to leave a review but hands down they are a great company. The engineer fixed my Worcestershire Bosch boiler within an hour of me calling. I was worried with it being Sunday & late evening but they honestly took my stress away. I have 4 young children & 1 is disabled so hot water is an absolute must for us. Thanks you for you your excellent service I will recommend to all my family and friends

Great Company to work with. I am a sole trade Gas Engineer & after being let down by a local plumber i was in desperate need to get someone to attend one of my elderly customers homes as they had an emergency that i could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

They are very easy to communicate and give upfront clear costs without any extra charges or hidden fees. Being in the trade myself i have a good idea on plumbers/gasfitters rates & i can confirm that Smart Plumbers. The best part was they had engineers covering a wide range of areas and had someone available on the same day.

If i have any future work that i cant attend i will be using Smart Plumbers as they clearly care about reputation and left my customer with a good impression.

Lifesavers! Late night emergency whilst I was cleaning my living room getting ready for bed, I felt a drop of water fall on my head. Looked up and seen the ceiling had began to bulge and water trickles were sat on the surface of the ceiling. I went upstairs and opened the airing cupboard door directly beneath the living room where the ceiling was bulging to find the boiler was spraying out water. I didn’t notice as all of the towels were covering it and as it was leaking the towels soaked all the water in. In a panic I searched for emergency gas plumber near me and Smart Plumbers showed up. From phone call to repair I have to say there were absolutely flawless. The man on the phone gave me a transparent and didn’t charge me any call outs. The Gas engineer they sent was here within 20 minutes of me calling. The most impressive part was the repair of the boiler. He took the cover off and showed me the plastic manifold that had split, at first i panicked and asked how many days it would take to get the part and get it fixed, to which he said he’d already stock the part on the van! 30 mins later the boiler was fixed and he was gone! Very efficient service and definitely took my stress away! They have given me a 12 month guarantee with the repair. I will be using them for all my future work! Thanks Smart Plumbers!

Excellent service. Called up late Sunday evening for an emergency burst pipe, plumber was here within 30 minutes and had the leak stopped within a minute of arriving. The flexible tap connector had burst under the kitchen sink. The plumber kindly installed an isolation valve incase of an emergency in the future. I have scheduled to book a boiler service this summer. Great communication, great service I will highly recommend them.
