Don't use royal mail
Don't use royal mail. Tried to deliver when I was at work, left card and said they would redeliver sat. Waited in all day, no delivery. Saw a RM delivery van in street, asked was he delivering to me? No. He said he would check when back in office. He did ring me back but couldnt find it, it wasnt out for delivery, so no product.However they tried to deliver again on Tuesday, guess what, I was at work again...Rang this morning but closed by 10am, great service.

Customer support above & beyond!.. Staff were amazing in helping me resolve key parts replacements for an older style Insignia shower. This included picking up and replacing a valve design that was the wrong type for my shower & modifying another type to meet my needs. No hesitation in recommending Steam Shower Parts.
