You CANNOT cancel your account, you have to request permission

I have a new domain, 4 months old and I wanted to send just 5 emails a day. My email domain has dmarc etc. There are no issues with it.

Over 8 days and 40 emails later, no emails were opened, which is more than weird.
I was not sending a sales script, and my emails did not contain links or attachments.

Their CS team, said something on the lines i needs to send fewer than 5 a day, and my domain was too young.

MAJOR WARNING
You have to "apply" to cancel. You cannot cancel inside your account.
