Bought a phone for my mother within 2 months stopped working they have got it back for repair but still not received it back and going round in circles with customer care!!!!

Total scam! I bought an iPhone11 from Back Market platform: it was indicated "Excellent" and it was far from excellent with poor battery performance and a lot of rays on the screen. I then decided to return the phone and they pretended they did not receive it! Despite an inquiry from the carrier proving that they did deliver it ... I have lost 420 euros and it is 6 months now that I am trying to be paid back ... AVOID !!!

I purchased a phone from Smartrevert through Backmarket online.

I received the phone quickly, but immediately it was obvious the phone was not in the 'excellent' condition advertised. The screen was not fitted properly within the case, leaving a gap at the top of the phone. The camera lens was also loose and fell off after several days.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and returned the phone to be repaired. They took over a week to return the phone (well outside the 3 days they specified), and the repair job was very poor. They had simply glued the lens on, and had left residual glue smeared over the back of the phone. Glue had also covered the camera, making it unusable.

Again, I returned the phone to them, with the promise of a new (refurbished) phone to be sent to me. They did send me a new phone, but the screen was loose at one corner and protruded significantly.

On both occasions, the phones were also sent to the wrong address, meaning I had to alter the delivery to the local post office before they were delivered.

The customer service was poor throughout this experience and I would not recommend.

Received my iphone 11 in the mail for my 18th from Smart revert. It specified that the phone was in great condition and that nothing was wrong with it. Upon examining the phone, it was actually missing the front microphone protection above the flash, meaning I could see through the small hole into the inside of the phone. Then, I went to call someone and I didn’t hearing a ringing noise, or the other person speaking to me over the phone, but they could hear me. It was only when I used my AirPods or put the phone on loud speaker, that the ringing and the other persons voice over the phone,
could be heard and I quickly realised that the top speaker (aka. receiver) was also broken. I had to take the phone to my local phone repair to have it fixed and they told me if i wanted the mesh protection for the microphone above the flash, to be restored it would be very expensive to do.
Do not buy from this website they are obviously not genuine as they don’t test or examine the phones before selling to make sure it’s working properly, ultimately misleading and scamming people who are in need of refurbished phones. Very unhappy

Although the delivery was fast, that is where it ends.

The phone was advertised as "Excellent" - the highest rated, and most expensive.

Upon inspection, it was dirty (dirt all over the phone and in crevices), the steel was so scratched it was dull, and I have a feeling from one of the damaged screw's, it had been opened.

Poor aftercare.

Never again!

We have now purchased two iPhones from this company and have been very pleased with them both. My phone was the first and we were so happy with the whole experience and very reasonably priced that we decided to purchase a second one for my husband both phones were delivered really quickly and we are very happy with the whole experience with this company and would certainly go back should we need any more.

Purchased a refurbed iphone SE 2020, arrived when they said it would and in excellent condition. Very happy!

This has cheap phone and its has good customer supports that can help you with anything.Would recommended this place.

Quick and efficient service arrived the next day as promised

Was worried that the iPhone I ordered for my wife would be "perfect" as advertised, but it was. Delivered by royal mail next day. Obviously a small company just starting off but the service was good, so what not to like.
Only wrinkle was they did not have the colour (white) as advertised but provided an option black or red. Very good thus far.
