Michael was very helpful and advised me on the correct helmet fitting.

We went to smart riders in Christchurch and we're made to feel welcome to look around ,but when we needed help Ben gave fantastic service showing a very in depth knowledge of all products. He spent a significant amount of time showing products and discussing their benefits. There was no pressure to spend more than the planned budget. I bought a Helmet which was the display model, Ben and colleagues polished and cleaned it to within an inch of its life, ensuring that it didn't leave the shop in any state other than perfect. It was the first time I've shopped there but will definitely go back again.

I needed some winter gloves so called in to the shop and spent some time with the boss. I left with a pair and the invitation to return them within a few days if they didn't suit me. I used them twice and discovered they weren't for me. I went back, explained to Nathan and then we spent a long time trying various gloves. I eventually settled on a pair and whilst Nathan went to fetch some from the store room I chatted with Dan. In short I changed my mind again at the last minute and left happy. Both guys demonstrated patience and understanding and I left satisfied but importantly for them, returning, customer. Thanks guys.

After a 22 year break from motorcycling, i made a return to it. I would like to thank Chris and the team for being most helpful in kitting me out with the respective gear, initially crash helmet, boots and gloves. Have returned many times for various other products, including TomTom Bandit camera and a Rider 400, of which was fitted by Chris.
I would not hesitate to recommended Smart Riders, excellent customer service, and top products, and nothing is to much trouble.
Note!! the coffee is excellent as well.

I've been shopping at Smart Riders since I first started biking and they have been fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable and they have so much choice! Very much recommend them

Having seen them a few weeks prior at an event they attended I was blown away by their product knowledge so we travelled down to their shop to take a look around. I had really liked the style of the Halvarssons clothing and especially a jacket and intended on buying one. Chris explained that for what I want there was a much better jacket with many more features for only a comparatively small amount more. As I was unsure which jacket I preferred Chris offered to obtain both jackets in two different sizes so I could compare them with the new jacket. Needless to say Chris was right and I paid the little bit extra for the better jacket and have absolutely no regrets now I've tried and tested it. I will certainly be back when I need more biking clothing. An absolute must visit shop!!
