Cannot recommend
I have used Smartmove twice, the first time I had a fantastic experience. Fast, efficient and reliable service. Unfortunately the second time, the movers turned up with lack of experience, could not lift boxes, took incredibly long (hours longer than should have been), got lost and did not call, forgot to get blankets out of the truck before loading and had to use/ruin ours, and did not refund me enough for such terrible service.
