Unwilling to fulfill their orders

I placed two orders between Christmas and New Years. The first order placed on Dec 29 was canceled and refunded Jan 5. No explanation. I had no news about the second order after more than a week, so I sent a message through SHOP asking if they had an update on that order. They replied and said it was being processed. Later in the day, it was canceled and refunded. No explanation. My only explanation for this is they are completely incompetent and they don't really want to sell anything.
