Scammer website I was do affiliate and earned commission around 250 dollars but they never pain to me and never answer emails. Never affiliate with them.

They are a bunch of crooks. Even after I cancelled my subscription they deducted money from my account, now even when I log in to my account I cannot use the service and money has also been deducted from my account. Please return my money

At first it worked very well, but then the images did not load, it did not create videos, I could not download, nothing worked and the only thing they told me was to restart the router, terrible support and on top of that it consumed credits giving me an error when creating the videos

Well, it was fine when I was on my basic plan, but I just upgraded to the expert and they charged me 49 dollars instead of 39 for the expert plan. I am very mad and disappointed.

I just found a little number on footage generation,which says 100 generations available per day,nowhere is this listed,in any tier to buy. I'll take it as a small oversight,there remains the nonexistent support though,with a perpetually empty chat.

Let's pass over the fake h24 support which is not h24 is simply nonexistent,I have reached a phantom server limit,which is not described in any package to buy and it tells me to upgrade only that even there it is not written what limit I have reached actually,since I still have active download and generation slots.

No one responds,the tool is well done even if it is not perfect,but I don't demand that it is,but at least transparency in what is being sold and giving a minimum of support to customers,that yes,I would demand that.

Failed,insufficient experience for now,not ready .

I was excited to try SmartShort after hearing it could create social media videos with minimal effort. However, my experience on smartshort.co left me feeling lost and frustrated.

Here's what went wrong:

Zero Instructions: Upon landing on the website, I was greeted with a blank canvas and no clear instructions on how to get started. There were no tutorials, FAQs, or even a simple "Get Started" button.
Clicking Yields No Results: Clicking around the website yielded no response. It felt like an unfinished product with missing functionality.
No Help Desk or Support: I couldn't find any way to contact customer support or access a help desk. With no guidance available, it was impossible to figure out how to use the tool.
Overall, my first impression of SmartShort was disappointing. The lack of user guidance makes it incredibly difficult, especially for new users, to even begin exploring the platform's capabilities.

Would I recommend SmartShort? Not at this stage. Until they provide clear instructions and user support, it's a frustrating experience that might leave you feeling lost. There are likely other social media video creation tools out there that prioritize user experience and make it easy to get started.
