Stay away from thes scammers, you wll never see your money. the company refuses to payou out, and deposit cannot be taken back. They refused to address the issue wih the support, the manager alsoa ran off, left questions unanswered, not a good trait honestly. then came alon Savcapitalim in the bid to get my funds out, getting on every trace and financial forensics, hence getting all stuck deposits out...although it was a fierce dispute.
What's even more sad is the fact that there's someone from the company hee that tags people's experiences that exposes smart stp's atrocities 'fake "scam review'or with "they have sent an email to get it situation addressed"which often times, nothing ever happens, just a way to psycologically dismiss people's experiences. very bad and terrible. Fight for your deposits.
My withdrawal request took plenty longer than anticipated, however the platform itself functions perfectly. Before the cash turned into issued, I had to observe up with assistance numerous times. They constant it in the end, but I'm hoping they are able to expedite it.

Fraudulent, Thieving, and Scam Company
More than three months ago, the company informed me that it was going to return $118,000 that was deposited through its platform, including fees, insurance, and taxes. The employees (la de Medellín, uruguayo engañador y uruguayo estafador agresivo) invented more and more reasons to continue shamelessly demanding more deposits, supposedly so they could return my money. The processes are very efficient for collecting money, but they are quite the opposite for withdrawing it.
Do not invest your money in SmartSTP; you will be victims of a scam, and your money will be stolen. Their employees threaten not to return your money if the required deposits are not made. They are aggressive, manipulative, and unscrupulously deceitful.

SmartSTP is a good platform, but I had some delays in withdrawing funds. The interface is smooth, but I hope they improve transaction times in the future.

SmartSTP is okay, but there’s room for improvement .I’ve been using it for two months with the Silver account. The WebTrader is easy to use, and the demo account helped me start. However, customer support is slow—my question about fees took two days to answer. Spreads are decent, but withdrawals aren’t as fast as advertised. The FSC regulation is a plus, but I expected better service. It’s not a bad platform, but they need to work on response times and withdrawal speed.

This website is a huge SCAM!!! they advertise in Instagram and scam people out of their live savings. They stole my mum 80 THOUSAND DOLLARS. Initially telling her that she had lost all her "investments" and that to get her money back she should pay some "insurance" and then cover the "taxes" and asking her urgently for money. In 3 days they stole over 60K off of her, until she realized it was a SACM! paying money through investment links. We have alerted the authorities in different countries and have flagged her case with different banks that she used to pay these scammers.

If this company is not a scam, then I don't know how to describe then.
Let me explain exactly my experience.
Subscription done correctly, on beginning of November 2024, I put down a deposit of 250€.
An advisor person calls me and forces my hand to deposit more, which I initially refuse.
After several calls (everyday), I gave in and deposited €2500 via bank card, with which, via their online platform, we made a few investments generating a quick profit.
This made me confident in the quality of this platform.
I was even offered a withdrawal of €250 as a gesture of “good faith”.
Withdrawal made, it appears as accepted in the application. Great!
Several days later, in the euphoria of this platform that seemed reliable and efficient, I agreed to deposit a substantial sum of 15000€, via a bank transfer.
The transfer request was made, and the proof of this request was sent to them after they had explicitly asked me for it (proof of the request and not proof that the transfer had been made, I insist on that very subtility).
Fortunately for me, my bank blocked the transfer and told me the recipient was not identified as trustable. I therefore decided to listen to them, and they cancelled the transfer.
My 15,000 were then safe.
But the problem lies in the fact that in the meantime, the trading company would have credited me 15,000€ “On credit”, as gesture of "give a helping hand" as they said, while they did not officially receive the money from my bank account.
This money was in the meantime used to carry out a few trading operations.
I started to have some doubts about their pratices, so I close the positions very quickly.
Now the company is threatening to sue me for “stealing” from them, as I supposedly used their money to trade.
They're threatening to take me to court unless I hand over the money (they clearly want to have my 15000 in their account and f.ck me when I will ask them back !!!).
The "credit" is still visible on the trading platform so they can recover it anytime by the way...
Still, they keep threatening and giving harassing calls almost everyday, talking several insults and being everything but polite.
And this has lasted for more than 3 months now..
So I made a lot of research and figured out they had a worst and worst reputation, they are controlled by a supposed Mauritius authority which can cover on actually nothing in case of litigation, and they are coming from a former platform called Equiity, which was already an usurpation of a real platform with the same name (without an "i"), and have left many people out in the cold when they changed their name.
So I would give only one piece of advice : run away !!

An intermediary took all my money through communication via phone, giving me execution orders to open and close trades. After we asked them for my money back, they lost all my funds. If they are honest, they should provide the recorded audio that proves my statements. They are individuals communicating online and have a license from the FSC, but this license has a question mark. Exercise extreme caution when dealing with them.
