It has been a great end to end journey starting with the initial engagement to size up my requirements for the drive to completion of the job. Our property is an old manor house, which has been turned into a number of apartments – with two additional separate houses on the site.

Dan and Lewis did an excellent job for us, involving tarmacking both entrance driveway areas, replacing ornamental pillars to one entrance and re-laying some brickwork to individual parking places on the house frontage.

They made several preliminary visits to discuss on site what we envisaged and offered thoughtful advice on optimal approaches to what we wanted done, with practical suggestions to reduce overall costs for the work.

I had loads of building works done on my property that ruined my driveway completely. I reached out to this company and they were excellent from start to finish. Dan and Louis were very polite, approachable and understanding. Their team are very hard working even in the wet weather they were out there doing the preparation. I had a drive in appalling condition that I was struggling to find anyone to take on, I heard about the work of this company and within days of calling arrangements were made and within a month my beautiful new drive was completely finished, there was some drainage problems prior and they even sorted that. I was so happy with them I passed their number to a close neighbour whom also is delighted with their finished drive. They worked on a large restoration project for our unmade road. The scope covered restoring the severely eroded road surface with Eco blend granular material, tarmacking key sections at junctions and drive entrances, clearing and then restoring the granite setts that run down each side of the road and installing humps to direct water to the setts and to calm traffic. Dan and Louis were the standout members of the team that did the work so I commend their company Smartsurfacingsolutions to you.
