Very Poor Quality & Misleading Practices

I would not recommend Smart SwimSuits.
The quality of their swimsuits is extremely poor and nothing like what they advertise. They try to imitate high-end brands like Rodasoleil by copying colors and styles, but the material is cheap and very uncomfortable on the body.

Despite this, they sell their products at high prices and constantly promote large discounts, which is misleading. You think you’re getting a good deal, but the product is not worth it at all.

What’s worse is their return policy. They do not accept returns on sale items if the discount is more than 25%—which applies to most of their items. So once you receive the swimsuit and realize the quality is bad, you are stuck with it.

I paid $135 (original price $180) for a zipper sleeveless swimsuit, and the quality was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I could not return it because it was on sale.
Overall, this feels very deceptive. High prices, low quality, and no option to return.

URGENT: $289.2 Unpaid Affiliate Commissions Since 2025 - Avoid their Program!

I am a professional affiliate partner, and I am writing this to warn others about Smart Swimsuits USA. I have $289.2 in APPROVED commissions that have remained unpaid since September 2025 (over 6 months).

Despite the commissions being marked as "Approved" on the UpPromote dashboard, the brand refuses to settle the payment. They are currently using a "blame game" tactic, claiming technical issues and "chargebacks" without providing any specific Order IDs or documentation as proof.

In the affiliate industry, "Approved" status means the merchant has verified the sale and received the funds. Keeping funds for half a year while ignoring professional follow-ups is unacceptable and unethical.

I have full video evidence of my dashboard showing the approved balance. I will update this review only when the payment is settled via PayPal. Potential partners: BEWARE. Their lack of transparency and integrity is a major red flag.

4Apr2026:
UPDATE on my dispute with @smartswimsuitsusa: The brand has officially explained that they will not pay the $289.2 because they faced customer chargebacks on those orders.

Based on this experience, there may be a potential risk for commissions that have remained in "Approved" status for over 2 months. To ensure a smooth partnership and avoid unexpected issues, I recommend that partners proactively contact the brand via email to verify the final status of long-standing balances. This helps in managing account risks more effectively for everyone involved. #AffiliateMarketing #ProfessionalStandard #Transparency
