How disappointed....they happily take your money but DO NOT respond in regards to supplying puppy pack that has been promised. Really worried if my little one goes missing that there will be no assistance of any kind.....what a rip off!

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service
my dogs microchip is stuck in "transfer" and has been for 108 days now. No phone number to call for help, emails completely ignored, and like someone else, no free puppy pack. Would absolutely NOT recommend this company, and am worried about what will happen if my dog gets lost.

this company do not answer correspondence from you, they do not give you the certificate for your dogs microchip, you cannot go abroad without it. they ignore phone calls. i would hate for my dog to be lost/stolen

I was told if I got my pup her chip with Smarttrace I would get a free puppy pack when I registered with them. All I had to do was put the reg number in on there web site off the back of the card I was given along with my address ( the card for a free puppy pack). Been weeks and weeks now and no puppy pack. What a con.
