We have two impressive software engineers from Smart Working working full-time for our team. They really are just like completely normal team members - they work our hours as well. We are planning to have them over to the UK soon for a week long trip to all meet face to face which everyone is excited about

Works well
The team over at Smart Working provided us with a Full Stack Developer about 6 months ago. I have been impressed with them since we first spoke. The process works well - we told them exactly what we needed, they conducted a search and provided candidates, we were then able to interview/ test the ones we liked. Once we found someone who we felt was the right fit for us Smart Working set them up to work for us on a full time basis. Our developer really feels just like an in house member of our team - works our hours, takes part in all our stand ups etc. It has worked very well and I imagine we will take on our next developer in the same style.
