Update: so customer service will not let you withdraw any money but the net balance which out of 500$ came to 30$. When I asked to close my account they locked me out and stole the 500$ and the net balance all together in one. They are absolutely thieves and deceptive in every way to steal your money. I'll sincerely admit, I have very little active trading experience. It's because SmartyTrade's copy trading feature has become life changing for me. Within several months since putting in my first thousand bucks, I have learned to strategically duplicate the techniques of two expert traders on the website. These guys I found on the platform saved me much labor and gave me more than $5,000 that I would have never been able to make on my own in the last month! Among my best skills was taking advantage of their valuable insights while learning from my mistakes, which has been indispensable.

I found Evelyn Apple trader and fell into this scam. I opened my account and an “account manager” started emailing and calling everyday to push me to make a deposit. I made sure to ask the question about the turnover in order to withdraw. She assured me that I needed to have a turnover of $500 dlls in order to withdraw. Which I have. I started following Evelyn trade signals and noticed right away they don’t work because she posted them like 20-30 seconds difference which is huge with a 1 min trade. So I decided to use the function of copy trade. Which clearly is a lie it never worked even when I followed multiple traders. After 2 weeks I decided this is not for me and I am trying to withdraw whatever is left in my account, not the bonus. And when I try the system tells me I need to have like 4,067 turnover? I tried again today and now my turnover has increased to 4,600 dlls. Even when I was told the turnover is purely based in your deposit, which has not changed in a day. I am back and forth with useless customer service, now they told me I need to pay 20% commission even when I have the requiref turnover. They just keep giving different answers. Please do not trust thus scam website, I don't know how they have been operating now for that long.

I found Evelyn on Instagram and telegram she does the binary options, it supposed to of been overly simple when she post what she was trading which was mostly BTC otc simply follow her instructions up/down when she said it.. so I did I literally got 1-2 right out of 3-4 sessions which come out to a 95% loss, and when she would post her winnings my chart never was the same as hers ,so I investigated and she doesn't tell you if she was on s1 or s15 or m10 so I asked about it and was told that it didn't make a difference, well if it doesn't make a difference then why is it there she says only the options trade time matters, and pocket options has the same girl working for them doing the same thing

Recently, I had an urgent withdrawal issue late on a Sunday and was stunned when I instantly connected to an agent named Michael. He apologized for the trouble and had my payout processed in mere minutes, despite the odd hour. Seamless support around the clock gives me peace of mind. I can always get prompt answers. However, SmartyTrade does not offer MetaTrader 4/5 platforms, which I prefer for advanced charting and automation. But their awesome 24/7 customer service more than makes up for it.
