I have made several purchases with SIS…

I have made several purchases with SIS and never had a problem but I received a hoodie that's way too big and thin material compared to other items I've bought.
They won't send a return label, saying I must pay to send it back for a refund which will cost half the price of the item itself.
That's not good customer service for a business that does pretty high volume.
Disappointed.

I ordered 2 Hoodies that were a large…

I ordered 2 Hoodies that were a large and ended up having to send them back and pay for shipping which was 20$ and 10$ exchange fee for something that is not sized realistically. I wear a large in everything else and this large was huge.
