Fast delivery but poor quality. After a few showers the colour turned green

I’ve been ordering from this shop for quite some time, and at the beginning I was honestly extremely excited about it. The prices are very good, the packaging is always done with a lot of care, and most of the crystals I received were of really nice quality.

Like with many crystal shops, the “freebies” are usually very low quality, and shipping can take a bit longer sometimes, but that never bothered me much because everything arrived safely packed.

However, over time I started noticing some issues. Some items don’t fully match the photos, some of the rings are very small (sometimes only fitting a pinky), they tend to discolor quickly or even fall apart. With a few stones, I’m not completely sure about their authenticity anymore — and in one case (sold as picture jasper), I’m almost 100% sure it wasn’t real.

Recently, the shop also feels very focused on upselling: constant discounts, campaigns, accounts with points, and rewards that can only be used one at a time. It starts to feel a bit overwhelming rather than customer-friendly.

My last order was especially disappointing. I bought multiple chakra boxes to sell in my own shop, trusting the description. The boxes were much smaller than expected, some items were missing, several crystal towers arrived broken, and one box even contained press-on nails as a freebie, which was very confusing. I wrote a review about it on his website, as I usually do with everything I buy from there, and it is "being checked" since hours, which has never happened bevor.

I usually really enjoy ordering there, which makes writing this review difficult. There is a lot of potential, but the inconsistency in quality, transparency, and recent experiences made me lower my rating. I truly hope these issues will be improved in the future.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Simmon/New 9. Everything I’ve gotten from them is good quality, the shipping is exceptionally fast considering they’re in China, and their customer service is top notch. I had a shipment go missing in the mail (not their fault) and they sent me an even more beautiful piece to replace the lost one. I’ve purchased from them multiple times and will continue to use them.

Felt like a kid on Christmas awaiting my order for a large confetti scoop and opening it, not knowing what I got.
Prompt delivery, well packaged and lots of beautiful crystals.
Will be ordering again.

I am absolutely thrilled with my order! I only purchased 5 bracelets, but to my surprise I received 11 beautiful crystal bracelets and even a crystal sphere as a bonus. The quality is wonderful. The stones look and feel authentic, each with their own unique patterns and energies.
Shipping took a little time as expected, but it was worth the wait. Everything was carefully packaged and arrived safely.
I am so impressed by the generosity and the variety of crystals I received. This shop truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely order again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves crystals and wants both quality and great service.

I got some mystery items in my order because I thought it could be fun to see what I got, maybe I’d get one or two things I loved you know? And then I received my order. Now I’m convinced that someone who works at this place can read minds because literally everything I received was something I’d pick out for myself and I’m really picky. There were two crystals in particular that I’ve never really considered for myself before but now I have them and I’m off to buy more next payday.

Also, I ordered an imperfect mystery box and (as you’ll hear from other reviews too) I could not find imperfections? Maybe the tiniest little scratch that you can barely see?

The pieces I ordered for myself were beyond what I hoped for and it feels like Christmas. Highly recommended getting carved pieces as they’re very detailed and raw is also very fun and I got given some excellent pieces.

If you want awesome crystals and you want to buy from lovely people, buy from Simmon. I had a little issue with my order that I emailed them about and they replied within minutes which I really appreciated. They were very friendly and super helpful and the issue was solved straight away. I so wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I have received a 100$ (a present from my husband) and one 200$ mystery box, and it has been a great experience both times. I love all the crystals I received. Simmon and co. seem to go above and beyond to make sure that you receive what you request and then some. I also love the extra touch of providing stands for the crystals which needs it. Not to mention the free bies and tarot/oracle card. Delivery time varies (first time it took around 3 weeks and second time 2 weeks), which is to be expected when getting something shipped half way around the globe. So I would recommend customers to have a little patience, as good things come to those who wait 😊

I have now made 2 orders with Simmon! I must say I am more than satisfied, with my second order I had a bit of an issue with the payment and I reached out and got an answer right away. I completed the order I reached out to them once again and they made sure my order was shipped right away. To me this speaks volumes on their customer service plus the quality of their product is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Will keep coming back for more!!

I ordered a Simmons pick $100 box for my wife's birthday, it was packed and shipped within 2 days and arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. It was packed perfectly with everything arriving in great condition.

The selection was amazing, my wife was so happy with each and every crystal picked, they really listened to my list of her favorites and I think packed everything that was on the list. They went above and beyond expectations and we couldn't be happier with every step of the process.

Extremely good experience that I will be repeating again in the future.

Very little of this is the sellers fault so I'm only subtracting a star for quality matters.

The problem is more that I didn't check specifications properly and had higher expectations.
Knowing the mystery box videos on tiktok I had the expectation that the items I ordered would be bigger. I did not order a mystery box and the specifications are on the site for the items so this is on me. I couldn't help but feel disappointed seeing people get huge towers and giant specimens for the same price I paid when all I got is smaller items. Not their fault.

I got a freebie that was obviously low quality, a carnelian flame. It's free, so whatever.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of my raw labradorite and the selenite turtle. They weren't bad by any means, but considering that they advertise with high quality items etc...not the best by any means. The animal carvings in general are also quite flat, I wasn't aware of that judging from the site. Could be on me- so ultimately the items are made of less crystal than I thought.

I also have to add that they managed to not get this stuck in customs, which is fantastic. The packaging is a little overkill, there was a ton of bubble wrap in there that was a bit annoying to unwrap, but I trust that this was necessary to get the crystals here intact.

Next time I'll just order a mystery box. None of this is a reason to count them out. The prices are lower than any shop in Europe and the quality is absolutely fine, shipping is excellent.

These guys are the real deal. Package was totally secure. Arrived to Australia within 1.5 weeks and they were really beautiful. They listened to my brief and are very reasonably priced.

Simmon is the best for wholesale crystals. I live on the Isle of Man and my orders arrive within 7 days.
The website states what's man made, the origin too. Everything is packaged so well, he also includes freebies! He's great to talk and deal with. The whole team are amazing.

The items are securely packed so there were no chipped/broken pieces, the shipping was faster than other shops I've ordered from, good quality and great customer service! I also got 2 freebies which i love

Extremely long shipment time, but that’s mainly because there’s so much covid in his country, so he can’t even send them out until 15-20 days AFTER he packed it. He works very hard for this business and you can really feel that. I recommend following his tiktok profiles to be able to follow the corona status and how delayed the shipments gonna be. And order around 4 months before you need it (ofc depending on where you are in the world compared to Asia)
The products were great tho! I ordered 2x 500g crystal confetti to a super affordable price. I got a huge sphere that weighed 500g in one of them. And he gave me a little free sphere stand with it to put it on. All of the crystals are ofc real. And I love them all so much. On top of everything being super cheap, he still gave me freebies. The only reason he’s not getting 5 stars is because of the long shipment and the fact the crystals were very dusty and kinda dirty when they arrived.
