I accidentally ordered the wrong edition of the game and reached out to support to see if I could exchange it. They were incredibly helpful and sorted everything out for me.
They ended up sending me the correct edition completely free of charge and even said I could keep the one I originally ordered to try out as well. I really didn’t expect them to go that far, so I was genuinely impressed.
Fantastic customer service and a really easy experience from start to finish. Definitely a company I’ll be happy to buy from again!
