SmeerKaas Support is simply unmatched!
Smeerkaas has had some of the best customer support I've ever dealt with. I didn't expect much at first, but found that he genuinely cares about his customers. He gave me an outline of what to expect, what to avoid, and full-on research. He also even created a forum for people to share their experiences and chime in.
Shipping was quick; I'm in West US and received my product in 8 days. Clean packaging, and tracking information to keep me updated was also great.
Quality of products is top-line. I genuinely can't say enough about how much I've appreciated SmeerKaas' help. I trust his product and support whole-heartedly, and the was he runs his shop is unmatched.

Literally the best service I've had
The service was fabulous. He walked me through every problem I had and helped figure out the best way.
Education on the product was superb, better then I've been seen with linked articles and more.
Never a glitch in communication or a time he didn't get back to me. Kept on top of the tracking the whole time and even checked in to see how things were going.
The merch was everything I expected and I couldn't be happier!
