Great Experience A+ Customer Service
My experience with Smellgasims was a fantastic experience customer service was A+ the owner is a really kind go out of her way type of person all the oils I received were phenomenal they all smelled so yummy and unique there also very very potent I don't even use perfume when I'm wearing Smellgasims they feel like silk and leave a nice non greasy glow the packaging was such an amazing experience and a breath of fresh air you can really tell how much love care and meticulous attention is put into the packaging it's not just a box with stuff in it I really enjoyed the entire experience the only thing I will say and this isn't to down the brand in any way because I will always be a customer I love her brand her approach and her attentiveness and talent she has for curating unique scents from scratch I just want her to work on faster processing times it did take a little while for my order to get shipped and she kept me up to date on everything I will say that and I do understand that she's a one woman show and its her doing everything herself so she just has to grow and come up with a plan to process orders more quickly but honestly I loved everything so much I wouldn't mind waiting again if I had to because it's definitely worth the wait she also did mention that she's working on getting orders out faster so I'm going to just be patient with her it's bigger brands that don't do half the things she does and don't get any complaints so and also I did experience some delays with shipping once she shipped my order but i know that's not her fault that's the shipping company and we all know how they be but overall I will definitely continue to shop with Smellgasims
