They don’t do any stars they are laying people sending totally wrong items I pay $50 they send me very cheap not even I can pay $1 for that blouse I contacted them by email they said they can’t do nothing just offering me a 10% refund or next purchase 20% which I never will by from them again please don’t waste your money to buy from them.very disappointed

I’ve have had lovely stuff from here but at moment they sent me wrong order then they said I can have 30%off I told them don’t want 30%off just want my money put in my bank as I was going away and stuff takes to long to come and didn’t want anymore cloths just money then I told them I’m not paying for return of wrong items as there mistake and not heard anything from them since disgusting customer service won’t be ordering again

Sorry they don't deserve a star, my order came wrong colour, doesn't look anything like it on video, trying to get InTouch with them but can't anyone on here know how

They sent me the incorrect items and the one I ordered was nothing like the cute add they have. The sweater is see through and crooked. i emailed them to have them send me what I ordered and they told me to keep the product and they will give my 30% off the next order. Considering how much I paid for these sweaters I am expecting some kind of refund, or the products I ordered. I will Visa and sow them the return policy that they need to honor or send me what I ordered!

The item received was not true to size by a whole size. I have emailed three times. No reply. I think I’ve been buggered. Forget the cute ad. Don’t buy.

I love the quality and fit of my new velvet overalls. Shipping took a while, but I did ordered regular shipping. Love the unique items this shop offers. I just purchased something new.

The product I ordered arrived eventually after 6 weeks, wrong colour tried to resolve it but offered for me to keep the product (I didn't want to) and 30% off my next order with them (not going to happen) I held out and eventually got an 80% refund, will never use this website again and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND its a scam

Item took 6 weeks to arrive, awful quality, different colour to what I ordered. Cannot get a return address from so called customer service.Realise not a hope of a refund. Please do not order from this site. Just dreadful
Follow up- so called company will just not provide a return address but now offering a 30% off next purchase from website. Clearly a scam company

If I could give a minus I would. They use other companies videos, take your money then don’t send anything! All correspondence was in very bad English. Lucky I managed to get a full refund via PayPal.

Still not received my order. Have sent emails but just get generic replies.
The videos, I now realise, aren't their's but taken from respectable British companies that we trust.
Total scam. Stay away.

Scam!!! Stay away!!! My experience echoes that of other reviewers- I did receive a product but wrong item, when I contacted them I got generic emails unrelated to my complaint. And they steal videos from companies in your own country. They should be reported!!

This is a scam! The company uses other companies pictures and videos. Beware your money is taken and you do not receive anything.

Received the goods I ordered. Lower quality than shown on advertisement. Tried to return, stalling emails sent by return. Sadly, there is no way I am getting any money back. Please avoid this company.

This is a scam site stealing product photos from legitimate UK online businesses to entice consumers to buy products that are not available. Registered in China with anonymous owner, only 9 months old. If you send money you have very little chance of getting it back. You certainly won't receive any product. Avoid.

I ordered a dress from Smenwear. However, it didn't fit. I tried to get return it and get a refund of $49.99 Instead, the company offered me a 30% refund only - a return of only $14.97. They claim that this is due to postage and inconvenience. I have been emailing Customer Services for the last three days and that was the best offer.
