If you have the option, shop anywhere else! Some of the most disorganized messes I've ever experienced. Mis-delivered my order, lost my order and took 9 months of back & forth with me having to bombard different emails to get someone to reply & refund me. I've given them multiple chances because the shipping is cheaper within the US and their last event they were hosting a video call for my bias group. No notifications, updates or post about the the process or winners. If they weren't directly affiliated with SM I'd think it was all a scam, which I still kind of do. Even with the shipping cost with ordering directly from Korea at least you know you'll get your package & if you win the event. With this site you'll just end up frustrated, confused and basically donating your money to them because customer service is garbage.

I preorderd the SMTown Express album SHINee edition from here back in december last year and in january i waited 6 days and everything came fast and on time. love the shop so much and when you join rewards stuff as well you get more discounts.
