This HOA management group Harasses, Abuses its position, and fails to do real management
This HOA management group does not do its due diligence. I don’t even have signage up, yet they send threatening letters. Currently, they are harassing my son and I, at two residences, citing rules that are NOT ENFORCED for any other neighbor. They didn’t like my Vote Veterans sign, but they allow Republican signs. For my son, He has kept his garbage bins on a cement slab at the side of his house for 10.5 years; Suddenly this Group decided he can no longer do that. The Five Fountains have not been properly kept up over the years, so now the costs of cheap, patchy maintenance has caught up —it is going to cost a lot of money to repair the Fountains properly. This management group shows no interest in REAL management of the HOA. They are using their position to harass and abuse . Good luck finding an actual person who is behind their operations. They NEVER answer their phone, but they sure send lots of threatening letters.
