Fast easy set up and super cool

Easy set up and the coolest thing is this is 'live', customers enjoying clicking 'follow' then watching it flip through the numbers recording a new follower!

Just ok...

In theory, the idea should work, but it does not seem to be driving any following on socials. Price is also a little high for all the more it is.

When results stall, a few simple tweaks usually unlock traction: place the Counter at eye level near the checkout or window, coach staff to make a short ask as they hand back a card or receipt, pair the Counter with a clear sign or QR so customers know exactly what to do.

Creating a quick “flip moment” when a number changes also drives curiosity and follows.

Smiirl Brings Energy and Fun to Our Team

I’ve been a Smiirl customer right from the beginning and have bought 4 over the years.
They attract attention in a cool, non-intrusive way.
They’re easy to set up – I even have a custom one that I often reprogram (super easy through their website/login) – so I can make it count sold units or revenue for my sales team. It’s fun and gives an extra boost of motivation.
I’ve only needed to contact customer service once, and everything went far beyond expectations.

A fun product, but complicated set up.

A fun product, but unfortunately very complicated to set up. You need a developer to fix the 'JSON URL' in addition to installing the app for the product to work– very inconvenient.

Product is temperamental at best and has been for over a year.

Over the past week I have attempted to initiate a warranty claim however Smiirl are non responsive.

I understand how frustrating it must be to deal with a product that isn’t working as expected, especially after so much time. I looked into your case and saw that your Counter is a Shopify version purchased through the Shopify store.

While we manufacture those Counters for Shopify, they fully manage distribution, support, and warranty claims for them.

Honestly everyone enjoys this so much

Honestly everyone enjoys this so much! All my customer love to engage with it and since I've bought it have gone up 150+ followers :) easy to setup and unique I know the price is a little steep but it also makes it unique which doesn't lose its fun value because not many people see them, or if they do! They want a go. *****

worst products ever

Please send the return shipping slip to immediately
