The counter is great, works really well and looks great in our bar. Setup was a bit tough to start with it took some time as our wifi connection is not very strong, but managed to do it without calling support. Since then its worked perfectly and its great for engagement with customer in our bar.

We bought a Smiirl for our ice cream shop here in California. Our customers love the dramatic flicking of the numbers when they add themselves to our Instagram. We installed the Smiirl a few days into Jan 2025 and in that months time we have had about 200 more Instagram followers. This is a great product that adds a fun interactive experience.

I’ve had a Smiirl counter in my café for about 4 months. It’s a nice little device that shows our Instagram follower count in real time. It definitely catches people’s attention, and we’ve gained around 150 new followers during this time. It’s easy to set up and works as expected. While it’s not a game-changer, it adds a small interactive element to the café that customers find interesting.

I love it, we are having much better engagement with our customers and around 65 to 70% of clients to get into our local end up following us. It is amazing. As an improvement I would include extra sensors in the device to know if it is on or not, also the way it connects through page and same wifi is not ideal, but still, very happy with it

i bought one for my store in portugal. it's amazing to have this on our space, the costumers notice and ask, creates a good interaction.

We purchased the Smiirl Insta and Fb counter. The installation was easy even for a technical illiterate like me. What we have discovered so far is that we get more according to than in a 'normal' way. So am super satisfied with the product AND have been stupid to wait so long.

Amazing product! It is just an eye catcher and in every opportunity that we put it up, our spotify numbers show that people interact and follow!
Also we had lovely feedback with the team, they promoted our brand on their own channels and blogs. Super friendly.

The counter is top quality, the personalization was very nice and the different options to update the counter make it practical.
I wish we could:
- order bespoke counters with more digits, this would be useful in our case
- have space for personalization of the Units in addition to the logo
- a battery option that keeps the counter running when not connected to power
- have cheaper options for lower quality needs

Bought a custom counter to display the number of people I've trained on how to ask for a referral and actually get one. It sits proudly in the background of my video calls, and has created a talking point to generate new interest in that service.

The aesthetic of the counter, the setup process, support team and even the unboxing experience (it's a more satisfying box than an iPhone!) are superb, and I highly recommend them for any B2B or B2C environment where you want to create a talking point or immediate call to action.

For the price, the quality control was not upto standards. The wood on the inside had a minor damage.
