Had a great experience with Smile2impress

Smile2impress gave me amazing service and communication throughout my entire aligners treatment. I’m very happy with the results and they made it very easy/simple for me to know what I had to do from start to finish. Very happy with the customer service from Salma too and I would definitely go back in the future, highly recommend :)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company have taken my money and provided nothing.

First you made me get a rescan because you merged with another company and apparently that meant you needed new scans? Even though it had been fine for years… At this point my old retainer was broken so I was already without one but couldn’t get a new one sent out until I had a new scan. I then took a day off work and travelled over an hour into London for a scan. When I arrived they have zero clue why I was there or what my scan was for so that gave me little faith. However, eventually I had a scan with rude staff who did nothing to explain what was happening. I was told it would be put on a rush as I was already without a retainer and the rescan was purely down to you guys deciding I needed a new one due to merger (which bare in mind my teeth had moved as was without a retainer and still am and I wanted my original retainer scan for this reason- to shift them back).

Now the fun really began because weeks passed and no further update was given. I chased multiple times and was advised it was in production and they’ll chase it up. After 8 WEEKS I chased again to be now be told ANOTHER rescan was required because the other scan has been rejected. I’m sorry how I am only being told this 8 weeks later???? After I took a day off work for this scan it wasn’t even done properly? I’m very angry and my teeth will have now moved even more and been without a retainer for 8 months or so.

On top of that poor poor service the communication is also awful. I was told on the phone when I went to original rescan they would reimburse travel cost yet when I bought this up after appointment again they had zero clue what I was talking about and it took forever to get sorted.

They also then offered me a free whitening treatment whilst it was being ‘investigated’ then never followed though and when I questioned it on the exact same email thread they asked for proof this was offered (exact same person too…)

I’ve been chasing this retainer now since DECEMBER!!!! And all they do is reply to emails saying ‘it’s being looked into’ what for 5 months?! My teeth will now need to be fixed by someone else as I’ve been without a retainer for so long.

Give me my money back.

POSITIVE EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I recently completed my clear aligner treatment for a great quote! and id say this is the best experience after lurking around different dental clinics for time. From the initial free consultation through to the final results, the process felt well-organized and professional. The team was friendly, informative, and always willing to answer any questions in and out of business hours, addressing any concerns i had promptly.
The aligners were comfortable and sit perfectly making it unnoticeable. I also found the treatment plan clear and easy to follow, with noticeable improvements as I progressed through each stage.
Appointments slots were easy to book , and communication was consistent throughout the process, which made everything feel smooth and reassuring.
Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would recommend Impress’s Clinic treatment to anyone considering improving their smile and dental care!

Room for improvement

The technical aspect and the improvement to my teeth is good but the waiting time for my new allligners and all the mistakes made are terrible

And our apologies for any delays in the delivery and the mistake where we shipped the aligners to the wrong address. In the last 2 months we moved our warehouse and we started using another shipping company. There were a lot of changes and all is sorted out now, but unfortunately this meant some delays in march/april.

Terrible experience with the app and…

Terrible experience with the app and getting issues resolved, they would benefit from getting rid of humans cs and installing AI to be honest.
The clinic itself was a mix bag, some competent stuff, some less interested.
The results were acceptable and not amazing.
I don’t recommend as a whole.

I dodge a bullet

I had the initial intake for impress in Almere everything went well and good until the sales person called me to present the proposal. His name is Abdullah and he came off very strong , mind you I already made my mind that I will do it but he changed my mind. He was pushy on asking me for the down payment. He told me that he is giving me 900 eur for discount (i did the calculation and he gave me the regular 500 eur discount), with hesitation I asked to be called back again the next day as I want to think about as I was taken aback to the approach of “pay now now now” (10%deposit) . He called the next morning and when I told him I want to do the aligner in June he insisted that the discount will not be available anymore and suddenly he is not interested in assisting me. I have been researching about impress and they have this discount since forever. So I guess I wont proceeding as this sales person is not interested in assisting unless you want to do it NOW. Anyways, my gut feeling tells me I dodge a bullet. BE WARE!!
