Started off the aligners, needed an ipr had to travel to Manchester for this as there were no clinics in Scotland at that time, at the end of the treatment my teeth were still crowded and had to have a rescan when they opened the branch in Edinburgh.
I went the middle of 2025 to have a rescan and was given a second treatment of 16 trays and was to have attachments on, had this done and some more IPR a very tiny amount couldn’t even tell. Now it gets better went for another appt to be told I needed a rescan which was carried out however the dentist couldn’t get that right and it was rejected! Agreed with the dentist to have some ipr again and bring in all my trays to go back a few to help straighten out the over crowding.
Attended my appt on Monday of this week and have been left with crooked bottom teeth that look like tiny pegs! So much so the tooth is that small it feels like it’s going to fall out when I’m eating food! The dentist has removed far far too much and now my aligners don’t even fit! This amount of ipr was needed at the beginning of the treatment not when I was almost at the end!
The only good thing about this clinic is the manager who has been amazing and very helpful!
I’m now awaiting a response after a formal complaint has been made and have also seeked legal advice for compensation if the matter is not dealt with!
These so called dentists are cowboys that don’t have a clue what they are doing let alone understand there patients as a clear language barrier across the whole of the company is a major major issue!!

Great experience
I had a great experience with Smile2Impress. After completing my invisible aligner treatment, my teeth are beautifully aligned and I’m very happy with the results. The whole process was smooth, with no hidden costs and clear communication throughout. Check-ins were easy, appointments went well, and the chat support was always kind and quick to respond, especially Anesa, who was very helpful and easy to talk to. Overall, I felt well supported and would definitely recommend Smile2Impress

The team has been very supportive throughout, and both the Liverpool and Waterloo teams are friendly and professional.
