The ad say 100% say whiter teeth. From my experience and all the reviews I saw that's a total lie. I bought the plan with two bottles of smile actives and the toothbrush for myself. One bottle for me and one for my wife. We've both used it for over 2 months and have not noticed a single difference. Its a total rip off and a waste of money. Don't bother purchasing this product. You will just be throwing your money away.

Another person that ordered on Black Friday deal and was subscribed. The first order had just arrived due to shipping issues and they shipped out products at full price. One large gel, three toothbrush-heads and 3 gel pens $190+

The product itself was ok. Definitely not what it advertises. I ordered the promotion two for $24.95. The next month my cc was charged an additional $30.78 and I received another container of product. This container cost a total of $90.00+ they break up the payments into three equal payments. Yikes. Chatted with Customer Service. I guess I signed up for this. I cannot remember anything like this when I ordered. It must be hidden pretty good.
My only way out was to return all product under the 60 Day Guarantee with total refund. You pay shipping. Then Customer service said they would not charge me any additional payments, just keep the product. Interesting. Big Scam for sure!

Charged more than was supposed to. I did not sign up for that. They charged almost 186.00 for what was originally a 46.00 that I ordered after paying that they charged over 68.00 each month even after I called a wrote them to cancel
Horrible customer service…..told them to cancel and verbal and in writing and they still charged me again. I disputed the charge and they just did it again

Do yourself a favor. Don't buy this product. The product is not effective. Moreover, after a month that I purchased the products, they had charged me 30.00. Mind you this is only 1st of 3 monthly payments. Apparently, I unknowingly purchased 90.00 worth of 3.8oz toothpaste. Thank me later. You're welcome!

SCAMMERS! This company is criminal!
When you order, you automatically get signed up for a subscription that is almost 3 times as much as the initial order price. It is not stated anywhere that you will be automatically signed up, with the exception of the very bottom of the email confirmation of your initial purchase.
On 2/11 I was charged $63.37 out of the blue, approximately one month after my initial purchase on 1/13. I called and was told that the item was already shipped, and that there would be 2 additional charges of $63.37 (3/14 and 4/14) but if I wanted to keep it, they would omit the the 4/14 payment. I said absolutely NOT! Insult to injury, they said that I would be responsible for shipping and handling for returning! I am beyond ANGRY! They should be closed down! This is theft!

Do NOT buy from. As others have said, this company signs you up for multiple product shipments without your consent (or it's hidden in fine print).

If you purchase this product you are unknowingly signing up for a subscription. I even accepted and willingly paid for the second shipment (that was a surprise) but then canceled my subscription (that I didn’t know I had agreed to) and THEN they charge my card for a 3rd time (no product) just the “balance on my account.” Completely deceptive and unethical. Disputing charge through my cc company. Stay away!!!!

This company is a scam. I signed up for a trial sample and was automatically signed up for a subscription without being notified. I received a notification that my account was already charged again cancelled the subscription online and then called customer service to cancel the pending order and after waiting on hold for an hour was told we cannot cancel it you can return it at your cost and we will deduct our shipping from your refund. The worst company I have ever called they will be out of business after they screw people out of millions disgusting how these companies get away with this I am done ordering anything unless it is thru a website I trust. All these companies are just trying to find a way to screw people out of money before they go out of business.

I was added to a subscription without authorization. Do not order from this company. Not impressed with the product.

Horrible product and horrible customer service. They kept charging my account after cancelling the subscription. Sent all the products back and had to pay out of my pocket to send it back. I don’t think I am getting any of my money back. Save your money over $180 down the drain.

Deceptive subscription I did not authorize! When you cancel, the company then says you owe an additional amount (equal to twice the cost of the toothpaste). The toothpaste doesn't work and the company deceptively suckers you into paying ongoing.

Product didn't work. I called to cancel but was talked into being sent another product and was told for some people this would help make it work. What arrived was a contraption which had to be plugged into a port with a tray which you kept in your mouth for 30 minutes. I again tried to cancel via the portal and also a phone call but even after that I was billed weeks later for $90.83 1/23/26. There was no effort to refund that charge and they have my credit card on file. Avoid this company at all cost and do not give them your credit card as worried there will be future charges for a subscription when they are not even sending product!

Beware this is a subscription. I had no clue. Looked like a great deal on line. 2 for 24.95. Until they keep taking money from my account every month 47.46. Also got me with the one with the tooth brush. Not happy at all actually disgusted. Was going to return but they couldn't tell me what they were going to subtract for shipping fees (part of the return process). If its like the deceptive subsciption probably wouldnt get anything back.

This company here is shady. Continue to ship you there shit product and charge your card once you continue to call and cancel. Looks like its been happening to everyone else too. Be nice to put a lawsuit against this company so everyone can get there money back.

Apparently unbeknownst to me upon purchase, I was automatically signed up for a subscription on auto renew that I did not wish to have. I did not know I was signed up for it or else I would not have purchased the product. I only found out when they charge my card a month later for some product I did not find worked as it was advertised. I did not sign up for the subscription so I shouldn’t have been charged in the future.

Wow! First the did not tell me when I ordered there was a subscription that would start in a month. Then when the delivery was delayed, I contacted them. They were going to ship another order at no cost to me. But the customer service lady did not want me to drop the subscription. High pressure to continue by offering more items at no cost. She would not let it go do I cancelled the whole thing and got a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER do business with them again!!!

I tried their trial package for BOGO and was charged $32.44. Next thing I know I was billed monthly for $47.59 for 3 months that I did not even noticed until now. I only got one set of their promotion and received another set the following month and thought I received the free one. Denied to refund me instead they will send me the missing trial package. Be mindful prior puchasing this product.

This company is sketchy. I did not sign up for a subscription, but apparently they decided I needed one. I keep getting the products and keep getting money taken out of my account. I have canceled it twice and requested a refund and keep getting the runaround. The product does not work very well and I do not recommend this to anyone.
