The worst customer service imaginable
The worst customer service imaginable. They sent me my gel refills and NO TEETH WHITENING KIT that I paid for. So I emailed them, they didn’t respond. I emailed again. They didn’t respond. The third time someone finally responded and asked for my order number I replied with the number and they never answered me. I’ve emailed them 4 times since and zero response. And no product.

Bought this for my daughter who had previously paid for whitening treatment at the dentist which caused her teeth to be very sensitive. No such problem with this product and it gets the same results. Hopefully Costco will continue to sell it so we can top up when needed.
