I ordered a pair shoes from this company
They sent the wrong size
I emailed them and told them and asked if they could send the correct size because it was their mistake
Did not respond send many emails so I sent the shoes back at my expense and still didn’t respond send many
Would only say someone from customer service will contact this has been going on since June 2025 still no shoes or refund fake phone number
Still trying to get legal action toward this company

Biggest scam. Come on us govt ban this cheat of a company. They used picks of Clark’s sea breeze sandals to suck u in and then they send out a fake tracking number that doesn’t work and phones be number they list no one answers. After two weeks and me sending all kinds of messages they had the gall to message me and ask me to take my review down that the sandals were on there way. Well just like other reviews stated it was a fake junk sandal that was no where close and colors weren’t even what I ordered but most certainly not a Clark shoe.

This company ships products that don't match the description or pictures. Not even close! They advertise name-brand sandals but ship cheaply made knockoffs that look nothing like the brand they promote. When you complain, they ask you to ship back to China at your cost, which is expensive, so this company is a scam because the return shipping costs more than the item in many cases. They're hoping you won't return anything. I did, but I'm not optimistic I'll ever get a refund. I'll update this review with my refund status.

Also, they won't cancel the order if you make a purchase and cancel it immediately.

This company is a scam, the wrong item was shipped and delivered late. no one ever responds to emails or phone calls.
