As soon as we became aware of the issue, our customer support team responded to your query and opened a dispute with DPD, our delivery partner. We were required to wait for their investigation to conclude before providing you with a final update, which we understand may have caused frustration.
Once DPD confirmed the loss, we processed your refund immediately. We regret the delay in resolving this matter and the impact it had on your experience. This was an unfortunate incident beyond our control, and we share your disappointment as we also suffered a loss.
