NEVER order from this company

NEVER order from this company! I ordered masks back in April and STILL have not received them. The answer is always the same when you contact them - they have been shipped.... thankfully I used PayPal to pay for these and PayPal refunded 100% of my money! This place is a joke!

Never order from these people

Never order from these people. I ordered masks on May 15th and it is now July 16th and I still don't have them. I have sent numerous emails and when they do respond all they say is be patient they are on the way. They gave me false tracking info that hasn't updated in 5 weeks. They said they cannot give a refund because it has already shipped. Add to that, it now seems their website is gone. I guess that's for the better, maybe now no one else will get scammed by them.

I finally received the masks after @60…

I finally received the masks after @60 days, not the 5-7 days advertised (the sole reason I ordered from them). Poor customer service... always wait, wait, wait- if they get back to you at all. The final response to my complaint about the delay, was to return them at my expense, and they will send the order out again????? I let paypal know about this, but their only concern is whether the items ordered were received in good condition. Not a good experience at all- if they had been at all truthful about the shipping in the first place, it would have been a different story

Do NOT order from this company. It is a scam!

I would give this a negative rating if I could. Do NOT order from this company. I ordered 5 masks May 3. They say it ships 24 hours after payment. Great. Payment went through right away but product did not ship. So on May 13, I sent several emails to this company saying I wanted a refund. My first response was that the order shipped and then I get another one saying they are sorry and that I can't get a refund since it was shipped. Well, it is July 3rd, 60 days later, and I still do not have the product. This company is a sham.

Do NOT order from this company - they do not deliver the items!

I ordered masks from this company on May 3rd and have not received them as of June 30th. The email they sent on May 9th letting me know that my order had shipped contains a tracking button, which continues to report "no tracking available yet". I have emailed the "customer support" three times and have had no response. I am moving forward to contest the charge on on my credit card. During this terrifying time, the idea that a company is shafting customers on MASK orders is beyond unethical. This company is NOT to be trusted.

I ordered my mask in March 26

I ordered my mask in March 26, 2020, I never knew they were in another country, Hong Kong, I asked them first where they were located they said somewhere like Missouri, so when I did not get my mask I began complaining. They kept apologizing and said I will be getting it but due to the Covid it was a delay. I then told them that I want my refund. They told me I could not get it because it would arrive just be patient. I went through this for weeks and months. I just received my mask around June 22. They were very evasive about their location in another country. When I order I thought I would be getting my mask within days. They are sorry.

I ordered masks on May 7

I ordered masks on May 7, 2020. I still have not received them. I did not realize that this company is in China, I think. I have emailed them several times and all they say is it's because of the covid that I have not received them. I understand that the mail is slower right now but don't advertise that my masks will arrive in about a week. I asked for my money back and they said the masks are in New York. This was about two weeks ago. I live in Michigan, USA. Oh, no money back. Still waiting and it is June 24, 2020. My next step is to contact my credit card company to see if there is anything I can do to get my money back, probably nothing. When I go to their website and click on tracking nothing appears. I suggest using Amazon which I should have done to begin with. Argh!

Horrible company and horrible services.......

I ordered from them like 3 months ago I have waited and waited still nothing so I emailed them and it took them a day or to to get back to me .And I Kept asking them if I can get a returning label so they said sure i take a picture of the Item so they can sending me the right label. And still took them a day or too to answer back .So last night I sent a email to them again And this morning I look at my email they said to keep it or give it to a family or friend .And there are going to give me a $5USD. They just kept giving the arounds . I Advise anyone to not order from them .You will not get your money back .

I never write reviews, but I'm annoyed. Ordered mask may 16, 20. Still no mask. Sent 5 emails, 2 asking for a refund because I'm sick of waiting and all they have is be patient. Never order from them again. If I could give no stars I would.

I ordered four masks on May 1

I ordered four masks on May 1, 2020. It took about 4 to 5 weeks to get them, but they are the best masks I have so far. Very pleased with the quality, style, and comfort of this product. I do recommend this item, but expect to wait on them.

we ordered 4 masks in April, ad stated 10 days. But in reality it took 49 days.
I work in logistics & understand customs is delayed currently everywhere. I am pleased to say they arrived & they are the best mask I have currently. Well worth the wait

Lied about everything

Lied about everything. Falsified Chinese tracking info when PayPal questioned them. 2 months later, no package and no refund from PayPal. 100% scam. Chinese thieves. They even promised it was in the U.S. and would be delivered in less than 7 days from a U.S. address. Nothing they said was true. Not 1 word..
