I received the initial kit in a timely manner and my questions were always answered. I was able to have a telecall with the dentist to ensure everything was properly done before I sent the trays back! Looking forward to receiving the retainers and going through this process with the Smileie team.

Do no waste your time!
I ordered the impression kit and tried the impressions on my own. When I sent the picture I was told they were not usable and had to go on a Zoom call to do it. When I went on the Zoom call the man was very rude and kept yelling that I was not listening and doing it wrong. He would then have a radio playing it making it hard to hear him after already struggling to understand what he was telling me to do.
I sent those impressions in and was told again they were not usable (after the guy on Zoom told me to submit them and they were). I was told I would have to go back on Zoom and do it again. When I explained the issue I had with the first guy, I was told that I would meet with a senior dentist to make sure the impressions came out good. However, when I logged in, it was the same rude guy. By the end he told me my teeth would not work with the impressions and I should go see a dentist instead.
When I reached out to the original man I was emailing with, Brett, explaining this and asking for a refund, he asked when I would be able to try again on Zoom. After I explained I only wanted a refund, he stopped responding for multiple days.
I tried contacting support directly, chatted with their online help, and received no assistance. It took their support from Friday to Tuesday to finally respond after multiple emails and chats. I have been fighting with them for days even though their website states "100% satisfaction guarantee."
I would not recommend this company, and buyer beware! I am hoping to receive a refund.
