I LOVE Smileie! Thanks to this well organized, efficient, easy to understand steps, I am in the process of a brand new smile. I have 3 months left to go, but my teeth already look amazing. I wish I had done this years ago but I couldn’t afford it. The one part of the process I had a little difficulty with was initially making the impressions of my teeth, but I received excellent help from my assigned Advisor, Brett, who has been by my side (virtually) for the whole experience to date. Any questions go to Brett, who answers them in a timely, easy to understand manner. I really appreciate the photos I upload to my individual account on Smileie, as I can easily see my progress from month to month. It’s actually very interesting. I highly recommend Smileie for their professionalism, customer service, ease of use and fantastic product. Of course, you have to do your part by wearing the aligners and following directions. It is SO worth it!

Punctual. excellent instructions Fast and simplem

I honestly tried to be patient and handle this privately for months, but at this point I’m extremely frustrated.

I’ve been waiting since early February for refinement aligners with constant delays, vague responses, and repeated promises that “they’re being sent soon,” yet I still have no shipment, no tracking information, and no clear timeline after FOUR months.

I was previously asked to remove my public comments and was assured my treatment would be completed properly at no additional cost, but unfortunately those promises were never followed through.

The most frustrating part is the constant lack of communication and changing explanations. For over a month I kept asking what was happening with my aligners, and last week I was told they were still being reviewed by the lab. Then, three weeks later, I was suddenly told there had been a printing issue and that I would need new impression molds sent to me to restart the process.

I was then promised that the new impression kit would be shipped first thing Monday morning. Monday passed. Tuesday passed. Still no shipment confirmation, no tracking number, and no update.

The initial stages of treatment were mostly fine, but once refinements were needed and my teeth stopped tracking perfectly, the support became incredibly slow and unreliable. Delays kept getting longer and longer, and now I’ve been left waiting for months with no real solution or accountability.

At this point I genuinely cannot recommend this company based on the customer support experience alone. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and endless delays during an active treatment process have been exhausting and stressful.

Dr. Arooj was very good. I had a hard time getting the molds fitted and she was helpful, kind and directed me exactly what to do.

Avoid Smileie if you value quality treatment, proper customer service, and professional accountability.

My experience with Smileie has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. What was advertised as a straightforward aligner treatment turned into months of delays, poor communication, contradictory treatment plans, and poorly fitting aligners.

The original aligners fit terribly. I then had to pay extra for a digital scan because the initial treatment was clearly inaccurate. Even after the updated scan, Smileie repeatedly changed the treatment plan with no clear explanation and continuously shifted responsibility back onto me instead of taking ownership of the clinical issues.

At one point, the number of lower aligners was suddenly reduced despite no new scans or clinical information being provided. I spent weeks going back and forth just trying to get them to honour their own previously issued treatment plan. The amount of corporate waffle, scripted responses, and attempts to avoid responsibility was unbelievable.

Customer service was extremely poor throughout the process:

* Long delays between responses
* Constantly repeating the same scripted explanations
* No meaningful follow-up after aligners were delivered
* Repeated attempts to make me “approve” questionable treatment changes
* Attempts to limit their responsibility for treatment outcomes

The aligners themselves have been poor quality and poorly fitting compared to what you would expect from a professional orthodontic service. In my opinion, this is very much a case of “you get what you pay for.”

If you are considering teeth aligners, I strongly recommend spending the extra money and going through a reputable orthodontist instead of risking months of frustration dealing with Smileie.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Edit: you have 1 website for all countries, so my review did indeed land in the correct place.

I have uploaded a photo to show how badly they fit. As you can see, the aligners are fully seated, touching the molars and fangs but theres big gaps between top of front teeth and the aligner. Also on the inside, there is a random gap between between the roof of my mouth and the aligner which I can fit the tip of my young in - which makes normal speach impossible. They were completely unwilling to rectify this issue, unless I agreed to halving the amount of aligners on the bottom (and that was after i paid more money for a digital scan to try and remedy the problem).
Their customer service agent seems to be a teenager armed with chatgtp.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON.
I now need to seek treatment with a different company. The poor man pays twice as they say.
