When I tell you this is the best dentist I have ever been to in all of my 51 years. From the ladies at the front desk to the crew in the back. Everybody was so patient and gentle, I'm normally nervous when I go to the dentist and this time wasn't the case. I would recommended anybody that's looking for a dentist to called them, they wouldn't regret it. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

My daughter's bottom permanent retainer was detached from 3 teeth not even a year after getting it. Now I have to pay 250.00 for a job not done correctly the first time! They couldn't even give me an answer why theis happened. Sincerely a very upset parent! 😡

Absolutely a scam , half of my course to nearly all my retainers snapped , bad communication now it says their website is gone so no way of even getting in contact with them !!!

Was very professional when they wanted my business, once payment received they weren’t bothered. I paid a fair amount of money for the invisible braces but they were really annoying and very uncomfortable. I kept up with my treatment was very difficult was disappointed with my results when I tried to call for some support no one has called back ive been trying for months. Its been over 7 months now still no contact. I can’t even send a message to them now they have totally closed my case and avoiding any contact what a waste of time and money. This company is a fraud stay well away.

Used Smile Life, it did actually work pretty well and was fairly pleased with the results. However, my retainer snapped in half and then when trying to contact them to get a new one they just disappeared and haven’t been able to contact them since! So as I’ve been unable to wear anything, my teeth have moved back. So annoying and such a waste of money!!

Same thing teeth come back to beginning in few days just 2000 euros down the drain .. maybe some have some advice how to get money back 🤔

Hi guys, how do we our money back, because I paid for a retainers, I only received one in may 22, and still haven’t received the 2nd one, how do I get my money back, anybody knows

For all of those wondering where they’ve disappeared to, they’ve been liquidated. Money hungry company who tried to shoot the lights out and bail when the fireworks went off. A lot of unhappy customers who’ve paid for a service that wasn’t delivered. Where’s the consumer protection in Ireland???? What a joke. I’ve tried to contact the liquidators and those responsible but no response.. they’ve collected their fee and moved on to the next carcass to earn off of.

An absolute disgrace of a company!! Paid a lot of money for my teeth to be straightened didn’t work but they said they can do no more they should be honest with people from the start. I have been emailing for months to get the form so I can claim back the tax from treatment so get some money back but no response. Now it looks as though the company has gone?!? Will be seeking legal advice asap

Ordered IPR Tools over 1 mth ago and still not received. Im finished my treatment and teeth are not straight. No replies to my emails.

Hi everyone avoid as I've been wearing my aligners for just a year and I had to pay an extra €100 cause they didn't move right and still aren't right 🤔 I've been waiting since the end of September for my retainers and nothing has came !! I paid in full for them it's a discrace and the company is gone. They said they would give people who paid for there aligners and retainer's by the end of Oct I still haven't got them 🤯 so I'm out of pocket €2000 as my teeth will go back to normal if anyone has advice what to do please let me know

It started out as exciting and a pleasant experience.

I’m not a negative person but it’s genuinely hard to approve smilelife from my experience.

In my 50s and time for me 🤩 a few euro put by, now to get my teeth straightened and not much had to change.

I started treatment May 2021 initial aligners very painful and after four days they were easing. I stayed with the aligner change plan on occasions would receive scratches in my mouth or lisps. I kept with it. I had the end goal. Nice teeth for Christmas 🤩

I highlighted throughout the middle to the latter end of the journey with their own pictures that movement was minimum. So Very Disappointing .. getting sad. Stayed with it.

The replies always polite and Reassuring it will work.

End result … One front tooth from being grounded by the plastic a little uneven. And Friends ask “I thought you were getting your teeth straightened” 🥴 my reply “so did I” 😢

For the tiniest of improvement in 2 teeth, sorry SmileLife I can’t recommend your product

I had the clear braces for over 12 months and continue to wear retainers , the finished job on my teeth is not 100% , still some teeth are a little off , so for the reason I wouldnt recommend , they are not straight

I was supposed to receive my extended aligners 3 months ago ...

I've tried to reach out to them via e-mail, phone and several messages on their system - no response.

Where are they?
Does anyone know what happened to this company?

Awful stay away from them, my teeth are ruined look nothing like the plan they sent out, they don’t even reply anymore! Scam

I could not get through to smilelife either but I recieved my alligners yesterday, along with an electric toothbrush and whitening kit. They are still fulfilling orders for the month of October. I'm delighted with the presentation of my alligners. Looking forward to the results. Just be patient they still may arrive for October

Oh my God. They have just vanished and I needed new aligners! Paid full amount over the last year plus the after care plan, I received just one of the packages having paid up the full amount. Never trust online dentistry is the lesson here. But how terrible to just vanish with no notification to customers. Shocking.

I have just finished my aligners and my teeth are not where I want them to be. Tried to speak to them and see that they have closed up. Im gutted. Awful experience and wondering if we have any legal recourse!

I am crying reading these reviews. I have contacted numerous times only to recieve no response. I have only recently paid and have yet to recieve my first aligner which looks like will not happen. Absolutely gutted to have fallen for a scam

Poor service, I do not recommend them. I didn't get the results I expected. They were not honest with me.
