Emma was really helpful when it came to designing our kitchen. She was good at suggesting options and the 3D presentation really helped us to visualise the space.
Price point was competitive. Much cheaper than the likes of Wren, Howdens, Magnet.
We wanted a bespoke paint option in a slab style. Unfortunately Smile kitchens only offer bespoke colours in their shaker style, so for that reason we went elsewhere. Other than that, can't fault them!

Exceptional bespoke service from Smile from design to delivery, installation and aftercare. There was a named contact available to talk to and help every step of the way and they were very quick to respond every time I contacted them.

We went for the Vard Grove and are SO pleased with how it looks. The kitchen is really good quality, many aspects of it stand out from competitors - wide range of unit sizes, unit finishes, accessories available. Having the units delivered preassembled was a huge bonus too and together with the clear instructions, made the installation go very smoothly.

Choosing Smile felt like a bit of a risk at the time, because there weren't many reviews about the quality of the actual kitchens at that point, only really the design process. Happily, we have been delighted with both.

Charlotte was great to work with and very patient with our changes through the design process. I was between DIY Kitchens and Smile, but having this design process for only marginally more money tipped the balance for me as it is so much easier.

There was good communication throughout the delivery and fitting process. The kitchen arrived well packaged and we didn't have any damaged items to deal with. There were a couple of issues that needed to be rectified during fitting but this does seem fairly standard for any new kitchen, and Smile worked with my fitters to sort things out quickly. My fitters hadn't worked with Smile before but the joiner was so impressed that he asked for a referral code for his own kitchen.

Having used the kitchen for 3 weeks now, I am very happy with the quality. The custom colour came out perfectly. All pull-outs/soft close drawers work nicely. It feels like Smile genuinely care about how much you like your kitchen and ask for regular feedback. Will have to come back 5 years to give an update about the longevity.

Corinne was a pleasure to work with - she knows everything about Smile Kitchens inside out and she guided us through the process. We felt in very safe hands with her guidance and can’t wait for the kitchen to arrive.

So helpful with design phase. Very good customer service with delivery and aftercare (we needed an extra drawer runner). Great value for money. Would absolutely recommend!

I have worked with other kitchen suppliers in the past and when it came to chose our kitchen I was a bit weary as most companies are really pushy, usually mentioning that certain discount expires the same day or that they can hold it for a few days. My experience with Natalie has been the complete opposite. She was understanding, clear and provided great suggestions that we didn’t even thought about, making our kitchen perfect for our needs. The overall experience is really nice and it feels truly bespoke, having the designer guide you and providing you with options and not pushing a sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

The process just felt really straightforward. Jane has been really friendly and helpful and the designs were brought to life on screen with speed, so could see any changes straight away.
We also received all the samples we asked for really quickly, couldn't fault the experience. Would 100% reccomend.

Me and my partner were first-time home owners faced with needed a new kitchen after our old one was gutted in renovation work, with zero clue where to start with creating a kitchen from scratch.

After some research and seeing social posts about the company online we went with Smile Kitchens, and I couldn't be happier we did.

Alicia was so helpful in helping us design the space we wanted, as well as talking us through all the parts we hadn't even thought about. The costs seemed so much more reasonable for the quality than other companies I found, and the quality is beautiful (All the tradesmen that fitted it kept asking where I got it from!)

The ordering and delivery were really straightforward (plus everyone we dealt with was lovely).

We've had the kitchen in a couple of months now and the care team have checked in with us every step of the way. Basically, a massive thank you, you made quite a daunting experience an easy one. So happy with the kitchen and have been loving showing family and friends what we've done with the space.

Smile Kitchens have been everything we could have hoped for. They offer a great, bespoke service that really makes you feel welcome. Designing and purchasing a kitchen is a big task but our designer Jane, really helped ease this process. We can't wait till our new kitchen is installed.

Alicia was great to work with. I had a vision of what I wanted, and she was so helpful in bringing it to life and providing really helpful guidance an input. She was flexible and responsive, and very understanding of the need to balance vision and budget.

I'm excited to get my kitchen in a few weeks.

Natalie was extremely knowledgeable, imaginative and patient with is as we worked through the design process. It was great to know and understand the different approaches we could take when trying to maximise the use of space in our kitchen and Natalie had so many wonderful ideas to help is with this. Had a great experience with the Corrine the kitchen design coordinator. She made all the options very clear and also listened to my wants, concerns and many questions. We changed our mind a few times during the design process, and Huse's patience, advice and expertise throughout the process were second to none. He certainly knows how to design a kitchen!!

We opted for the Eddison range, and we're delighted with the kitchen we've ended up with. It looks so much better than we hoped. Our kitchen fitter was impressed with the quality. Delivery was straightforward, and the aftercare team kept in regular contact to make sure everything was going well, dealing very quickly with any questions that came up.

Since the kitchen was fitted we've been busy recommending Smile to anyone who will listen! A quality kitchen at a great price.

I found the whole experience great. Our designer was really skilled and helpful, and very patient with me constantly changing my mind! The kitchen (now installed) is of great quality and very good value for money. Would recommend
