Took my money and now haven’t heard any response

First video chat was super helpful but as soon as they got my money the communication has been terrible. Took 4 different tries to get impressions correct. They didn’t send enough moulding material and 2 different sized trays. Now I have had my first retainer for 2 months and have requested the next one with zero communication.

Highly recommend!!

I was in the search for some Invisilign alternatives that were cheaper and came across SmilePath. I talked to Ele through the online chat feature and they were extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

Surely a scam?

Don’t go here under any circumstances. Scheduled a video call with a ‘dental expert’ who had absolutely no idea what they were doing, nor listened to a word myself or my partner said on the call (whilst also looking like they were about to burst out laughing for the majority of the call?). Also multiple people popping their head into the shot throughout the call (‘dental expert’ never really explained who this person was or what they were doing). Fetish for watching people get covered in their own saliva maybe? Who knows!

Process of taking the moulds took just over an hour primarily because communication on part of the ‘dental expert’ was so unspeakably bad. At the end of the process we were assured we would have the retainers within three weeks of receiving them. Fast forward two weeks and they’ve only just started to be made. Tried to get in touch with customer services about this but all they do is send copy and pasted template emails back to you that never actually address what you’re complaining about. Although can’t say this was a shock given what the company’s hiring criteria for an expert seems to be👍

When it went wrong.it went wrong

When it went wrong.. zero support. I flagged my aligners weren’t fitting from stage 7… they said squeeze them on my chewing for 10 mins every night and wear them for additional days. I should have stood my ground and said no they didn’t fit properly. Kept moving through the stages but they just didn’t fit properly but they assured me my teeth were moving properly. Eventually the top ones just wouldn’t even go on 50% of the way. They were horrid and offered no help. Anyways was all a waste of money.
