Fab service, I find Mike to be so polite and helpful and didn’t take him 5 minutes to respond via email to arrange for a couple of replacement aligners (my dog chewed up!)

My aligners have greatly improved the positioning of my teeth. I am awaiting a slight adjustment but am overall very happy with the effectiveness of the aligners.

I purchased the nightly retainer package, when I ordered the impression kit came really fast in the mail nicely packaged with easy instructions. I mailed my impression by and they contacted me via email to approve my new smile. Once I approved, they started making my retainers. When I had any questions, I emailed them and they responded very fast. I’m looking forward to my new smell so far the customer service has been excellent. I would definitely recommend smile perfect for your new smile!

I’ve been a customer of Smile Perfect since November 2025. I began my treatment in December and have been very happy with my journey so far. I have completed my trays for my bottom teeth and needed additional refinement which they supplied free of charge. I am about halfway done with my top teeth trays and the movement they have already made in just 5 months is amazing. I am already so happy with my smile and I still have a few months left to go! Customer service is always amazing and they respond quickly and with care. If you’re deciding whether or not to do it - go for it! You will be happy you did.

The aligners fit properly and feel secure on my teeth. I haven’t experienced any discomfort beyond the normal initial pressure, and there have been no issues with fit, slipping, or irritation. Overall, everything is working as expected and the process has been smooth so far.

I started my journey with Smile Perfect in June last year. Everything was done in the timescales if not quicker than what i was told. I was impressed how perfect the aligners fitted from my impressions and how well the 3D image of my teeth transformation matched with the progress as i went on my journey. Mike the smile specialist has been great trhoughout, always responding promptly with advice and support. I am very happy with my progress and would highly reccomend their services. im 48 now and have never had good teeth due to cross and crowding, i am now starting to get the confidence to smile without thinking about it. Wish i had this company when i was 18. Hence why the 5 star review.

Mike at Smile Perfect consistently goes above and beyond. His support is outstanding, and his response time is unbelievable — he replies to emails instantly and always makes you feel like a priority. Truly exceptional service.

I paid the money and got the sets for impressions in the mail pretty quick. That was it. After a month and a half after giving impressions they tell me every week they're working on my 3D design for me to approve. It said 2 to 4 business days it's been almost 6 weeks. Just filed a discrepancy with my credit card company to cancel payment to them. We will see what happens. Stay away
