Quality service but slightly slow: including delays from expedition, I needed 3 weeks. However I'm very happy about the end result and the package was well protected during transport. A safe choice !
It is a scam. Sent my laptop 3 months back, no contact from the company whatsoever when wanting to know details about the repair. 2 months after they contact me to let me know that they could not fix it and that I would have to pay shipment back, spent 100€ for them to check it basically. All emails written during those 2 months were ignored, only way to 'contact' them was through the web page writing on their Form (which is now offline by the way). This email was the last I heard from them, I have been trying to reach them on every mail they wrote me from but they do not respond. So I proceeded to track the person behind it. His name is Oliver Hänsel, previously worked at a similar company called EDV Dienstleistungen.
