Absolute bogus company! I ordered my retainer from GforceDirect.com on April 2nd and paid $229. The purchase confirmation email came from (store+56012177493 at t.shopifyemail.com) and that’s when I should have realized this was a scam I received an email on April 8th saying my order was shipping. This email came from smileretainers (noreply at goshippo.com). For 4 weeks I received nothing. I emailed terry at smileretainers.com on April 28th requesting a refund to. I received no response to my query, but magically received an email on the same day stating that a shipping label was generated. I received the putty for the impressions on May 7th, and returned the impressions on May 13th (unfortunately I did not copy the tracking information on the prepaid envelope). I have not received anything since. I emailed (smile at gforcedirect.com) again for a refund on 6/27/24, and have not received a response or the product since. It’s now four months later and I’m convinced that this is a scam, where they hope you won’t pursue your purchase and try to confuse you with their multiple correspondence emails. Trupilot does not allow emails in their review, hence the reason why I wrote the emails in this fashion.

Would give zero if you could.ordered Haley upper replacement retainer, impression kit came them they stop responding.Fake tracking numbers were given via email from Terry who assured me he was the owner and he himself would make the retainer because of the delay.The phone number doesn’t work and emails are not responded to.Disputing with visa. Buyer beware this is a scam and “Terry” is a theif.

I think this company is a scam. It’s a shame because if you actually need a replacement retainer it’s not something you wait around for. I sent my impression kit in three weeks ago. No one has responded to my emails. Next stop-credit card dispute.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY. They stop answering emails after you pay and it’s been two years and I’ve never received my $200 retainer.

So I ordered retainers through their website back in June. About 1-2 weeks later I got the impression kit. I sent it back at the beginning of July. Never got an email that they got my impressions even though I emailed them asking them to contact me. I was getting worried that I had been scammed. Finally today 08/10/22 I got my retainers. They don’t fit at all. They are huge! They literally fall out of my mouth. I emailed them again. Let’s hope this time they email me back with a solution, but I doubt it. I’ll definitely update this review if they fix their error. I’m so upset. What a waste. Over a month without retainers, I’m sure my teeth have shifted. This is horrible

UPDATE: as of today 08/24/22 have not heard back from them. I have officially been scammed. Although I got my retainers … they’re useless as they don’t fit. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Total scam as most have mentioned. Received the impression kit and shipped it back. Received an email that the impression was received and I would be notified when production started. Then nothing. No response to emails, messages sent via their website, phone messages, nothing.

I hope they all die in a fire but that their teeth look great when they burn.

Ordered in January. Received an impression kit in February. Sent the impressions the next day in February. Still no retainers. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. NO ONE RESPONDS. THIS IS MOST LIKELY A SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered my hawley retainers last December. Today is Feb. 14, 2022. and I still have not received them. I will update my review when and if I receive them. I don't recommend this company.

Sent in impressions and have been waiting 3 weeks for a retainer…. Stay away

The worst service ever. Everything others says is correct. They sent me my impression kit. I sent it back and that's where we are. I have talk to someone and he stated that my retainer was completed and even sent me a fake shipping email. Nothing has been shipped and now they are not responding to my message. This is a scam don't order from them.

The price seemed too good to be true and it was. Initially, they sent my impression kit promptly and but after I returned the impressions, it took about 1 month before I decided to follow-up. It took 3 emails (they never answered the phone or returned my messages) before they responded and when they finally did they sent a message saying there was a problem in their lab. A couple of weeks later, I finally get my retainer. It mostly fit but it was a bit tight and there were metal bars hitting my teeth because the design was different from my original retainer. When I emailed them and sent pictures, they said they would make a replacement similar to my original retainer with no problems. Fast forward 4 months and multiple emails (plus a complaint to the better business bureau), asking for a refund, and I have no retainer and no refund. This company has terrible customer service and is mostly a scam. DO NOT BUY

In the process of filing a dispute with my credit card company, as they sent one message because I’ve been waiting two weeks for my impression. The person said it should be on its way and have ignored my messages since!!!

Update 8/12/2021: They contacted me back finally, so maybe switching to DHL. We’ll see if things speed up.

Package has been shipped through DHL. Will keep entries updated and will change headline if outcome is favourable.

Impression kit came, but only a one way shipping with nothing in the package. I have emailed asking how I get it back to them, but haven’t heard anything back yet. It’s now 8/20/2021. We’ll see.

Still haven’t heard back from e company how to get my impressions back to them seeing as they didn’t provide 3 way shipping option. Still waiting.

3 way shipping is not available to international customers. I shipped to them for a fee, but if retainers come, it’s still a large savings compared to buying in Canada.

Have now sent back my impressions, got an email back right away when I asked if they got them. They sent another email saying the impressions were good and they were going to make the retainers. Received another tracking number from DHL, but now 9 days later again and nobody has been by to pick up my order. Meaning, the person who does the shipping is not doing something properly. Only problem is, after messaging for days again, nobody has fixed the problem yet or responded! Will keep you up to date!!!

They corrected the issue and have sent out my retainers, which I have now received. Order completed. Could have better service when it comes to shipping, but all in all, not a bad company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM …

This site is a total scam, please stay away. They are also PRONIGHTGUARD.COM , you can check the trust pilot reviews for them there to validate my reviews about them being a scam. They don’t answer their phone , and they take so long to answer emails AFTER you make an order. Then they send out the impressions and delay the order for months blaming it on COVID. After to spamming them about your order or a refund they send a tracking number that says “waiting for package” and never replies to your emails after that.

Please take my advice and others and stay away.
