SCAM. From China.

Its a scam don’t buy. Bought for the 3rd time and never received the cream. They provided weird tracking numbers. My local post cannot track them. The worst customer service, ignoring my case. Paypal resolution center didn’t give my money back because they provided a tracking number. A scam to the highest level. Never again!

I have just used my first tube off the cream. I have psoriasis and have had it for over sixty years I hate using steroid creams. I have got to say so far this cream is beginning to work it is clearing up the psoriasis patches I find it quite extraordinary, it's like a miracle to me. Thak you. Rose Devitt.

I ordered this cream weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Pretty certain I've been scammed...

This company sucks. I ordered the cream over a month ago and paid in advance.
I have not yet received anything from them. Please do not trust their advertisement. It’s a scam.

70% of my body is covered in eczema and psoriasis and after one day the redness has disappeared and some patches are starting to disappear. Huge results for only being used for one day, before this cream i had given up on doctors, their creams and everything as nothing worked for me, could never get any sleep as my itch was so horrible. But now i am able to sleep with no issues, when first applying the sensation is very weird and extremely cold but i do not need to itch and the itch relief is instant. Highly recommend this product for anyone with psoriasis and eczema

The product is good however the customer service is terrible.
I ordered monthly for several months and one of the orders was missing a few tubes. I contacted customer service and they refused to accept their error.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt to my dismay! After receiving the notification of package's arrival, I went to my mailbox and nothing was there. I looked around and asked the UPS person if they had anything for me.
I immediately contacted Smiles and Joy and they told me it was received. So for the second time, I have suffered LOSS and the ever-perfect Smiles and Joy deflect responsibility.

THE CREAM THAT WAS TESTED FOR STEROIDS BY DR BERG WAS DIFFERENT!!! THIS REVIEW WILL NOT LET ME PUT THE LINK SO YOU TUBE "DR BERG AND CHINESE HERBAL CREAM .... YOU COULD BE GETTING STEROIDS WITH SMILES AND JOYS (legally because FDA doesnt require regulation)

This co may send the original (which absolutely cured my skin!!) then when you reorder is when you get junk. I am ordering from the Amazon link Dr Berg recommends which is the only one that has actually been tested and approved to be steroid free.. I ll update

It is a scam ..DO NOT BUY from them they got my money and never sent me the items i paid for.

I can confirm the parcel scam!
I ordered a few small batches over some years and they all arrived and the cream worked so far. It did not heal my psoriasis, but it helped!
Then I decided to order a larger (more expensive) batch this year. Every time so far, the parcel arrived with the regular Swiss Postal service. This time, they used a different service involving a Netherland firm and Lituanian postal service and a suspicious Swiss post currier I never heard of and never saw any delivery car or whatever from, for the last mile. Also the parcel arrived incredibly fast and passed the customs in one day... Never happened before! It supposedly arrived at my door on November 29 2024, but I was at home the entire day then, due to sickness... nothing arrived! After my complaint to the shop, I received a standard e-mail, stating it was delivered according to tracking. I since did a little research, and I found the exact same instances online, dating up to two years back so far. So, the scam is not the cream, but not delivering it! I suggest you order small batches, then you should be on the safe side. I will fill a complaint with my credit card company today, but since no signature was required for the parcel, I'm not too optimistic.

Update!
The parcel arrived with a different carrier, in the very early morning or during night.
So it was delivered much later than according to the tracking and also by a different courier than shown in the tracking. Maybe my constant complaining helped? I don't know.

I have suffered from psoriasis for many years,purchased this product 5yrs ago,within 3days my swollen ankles due to itchy feet,had gone back to normal.no more itching.psoriasis,nearly gone.would highly recommend this product.be patient it does take 3 to 4wks to arrive .

Well, I've started using their 'Eczema & Psoriasis' cream fairly recently. I can give a Fair Review only after using it for quite some time; as I have extensive eczema & psoriasis on both legs from below my thighs to ankles.

Minus 1 star. Steer clear from them. I wanted to order 1 tube. When I came to pay it said 1 tube +1 free so I ticked that. Only to see they had charged me for 1 tube PLUS 1 tube and 1 free. Free shipping means they charge you shipping. I e mailed them straight away and cancelled the order as they had said only new style tube available but after I ordered said only OLD style tube available. They say they will refund £11.99 even though I have cancelled the WHOLE order of £26.99 it is within my right to do so. They obviously do not know the law and are scamming me. I will write a bad review and put it on facebook until I receive the full amount.

I ordered cream from them for the 3rd time. After 2 weeks wait, finally, tracking showed "delivered " but I never received the package. I emailed them, they responded... told me to check mailbox, etc. I did that again and again. I also checked on cctv camera, it didn't show any delivery on that day. I emailed them so many time. They responded for the second time to tell me to check with local courier (?)???? What the hell???? DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. NEVER NEVER

My product never arrived. I emailed them and only ever received an automated response with a case number. I would wait and then reply to the email again…same thing. Nothing.

My experience was fantastic results.
Bit wary at 1st biggest plus for me an eczema sufferer was stopping the itch which is massive. Allows skin to heal the eczema. Herbal Anti Bacterial cream is working for me. Need to up from 15g tubes to 30g & 100g. Success

Iv used 9 tubes and no improvement on my psoriasis didn't work for me at all

WARNING.
It is highly likely this cream contains strong steroids.
Chinese ' herbal creams' are always marketed as steroid free which is a lie.
Tests have been carried out on creams and found widely to contain steroid,they will LIE to you.

Saw reviews on facebook and Instagram so Bought this during lock down and waited patiently for delivery from China. It did take weeks which was understandable. Even now orders can take up to a month to arrive from overseas. You do get special deals for the more you order.
I have had psoriasis for 40yrs and nothing has ever worked long term. This does! You do have to persevere and be patient it takes a few weeks to get on top of old stubborn patches which for me have reduced and some cleared up completely. Now I use it more as maintenance and when a new patch appears which does happen for people with psoriasis it clears those up within a couple days. Just found out you can buy on Amazon so will try there next time. For me this has been a life changer.

Bought Direct from Smiles & Joy, no issue with post from USA to Aust. Arrived in good time. BUT the product did absolutely nothing for my Psoriasis. Also I was a bit dubious as the cream product is all in another language, NO English leafet with it, SO I am not sure what I was getting, could be anything.. Won't buy again.
