This is a download item only

This is a download item only. It is mentioned at the bottom of the website in small letters. It is 190 pages if one is so inclined to print it out. From the web page it looks to be a workbook one can purchase

Misleading advertising

I thought I was ordering an actual product that my grandchildren could carry with them as we hiked in the North Carolina mountains this summer. I thought they would be thrilled to find and identify things in nature and mark them off in their books as we went along. I spent $40 so that each of my 4 grandchildren could have their own. What I received was a digital download. It took 240 pages of my paper and a crap ton of ink to print each 60 page book in color. I then had to buy a 3 hole punch and binders to make a usable product. Very misleading. When I immediately contacted the company and tried to cancel the order, they refused.

Scam

Scam. Doesn't say its digital download anywhere unless you search for it under contacts. They refuse to pay back when I thought i was ordering books not digital download. And when told I cant print anything they said they could give me resources and wouldn't give me back even two of the 3 refunds. I said unless they could ship me books I wanted money back. They absolutely wont help you and will deny you every time. Please stay away. I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. Ridiculous when ans expert into digital background couldn't even find it. And other places would have given their money back. Worst customer service and worst place ever. Definitely not worth your time or energy.

Scam scam scam!

Scam scam scam!! Cannot believe I fell for this, my little one loves to do work books and I love to teach him about nature so thought these workbooks were a perfect little gift for him. Download link DOES NOT work and I don't even think actual copies off these books exist. Thanks AI and thanks Scammers. I try to give my child a good start in life and this happens. Appalling behaviour from whoever it is that receives the money.

Scam!

Not sure why I didn’t check Trustpilot to begin with.

Negative reviews on a legitimate website like Trustpilot instead of the thousands of fake reviews they have posted on their website.

This IS a scam. You believe you’re purchasing a workbook/journal, nowhere on the website purchasing page does this state that it is a digital download.

I’ve got back through step by step, thinking I’d missed it. I didn’t, pictures and wording make you believe this is a workbook. The digital download didn’t even work for me and they’ve told me they can see I’ve not touched it.

Brilliant. No refund offered either and it’s “not their policy” policies are not set in stone. Especially when customers have been scammed for false advertisement.

Do not use!!! Company are dreadful. Be aware that you are ordering a digital download of just worksheets. No binded, colourful book as advertised...many people seem to have been mistaken due to their decieving marketing. They initially emailed me to say they would refund me...then went back on their word and ignored me!! Awful, do not use.

Don't trust!

I didn't receive a physical book or a download link in my email receipt. I'm unable to login to my account as the codes they email, me don't work. I can't contact them as the contact button at the bottom of the email I received says it is a broken link and cannot be reached. My next step is to contact my bank as I'm assuming this was all a scam. I'm just glad I only bought 1 book, as I almost bought 3!

SCAM WEBSITE.

SCAM WEBSITE.
This is nothing but a scam. Their adverts and website depicts colourful kids workbooks but all I received on payment was an email with a download link to printed sheets. Yet hundreds of positive comments on Facebook ads - which are clearly FAKE… The owner is dismissive and incredibly unhelpful, only capable of pointing out that in the SMALLPRINT at the bottom of the sales pages it mentions downloadable product and NOT THE PRODUCT ADVERTISED.

SHAME ON YOU

Like so many reviewers I had a very bad experience with this company.
I thought that I would be getting a physical book with the sheets in. What I got was a link to download the worksheets. The ads were very misleading. Immediately I realised this I asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund. They refused and claimed that it did say they were downloads...im not sure where. They must get a lot of complaints but are obviously not bothered. If they were they say on their ads in large letters that what you get is a link and you will need to print out the sheets plus the you do not get the ring folder. Despicable.
I can afford to take the hit but I'm sure a lot of their customers are not. SHAME ON YOU.

All the adverts tell you you are getting beautiful booklets, and only after ordering do you realise you are getting the most expensive downloads that you have to print yourself.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ADVERTISE CHILDRENS WORKBOOKS FOR AROUND £10-£13 POUNDS PER BOOK. NOWHERE ON THE VIDEO ADVERTISEMENTS ON FB DOES IT EXPLAIN THEY ARE DOWNLOADS ONLY.

EXCITED TO PURCHASE AS I AM HOMESCHOOLING MY CHILD, I CLICKED ADD TO CART. PAID. ONLY THEN WAS I TOLD THIS IS DOWNLOAD ONLY ‘lily the robot’ SENDS THE SAME MESSAGE OUT OVER AND OVER IF YOU COMPLAIN AND REFUSES TO REFUND OR ACCEPT THE ADVERTISEMENTS ARE COMPLETELY MISLEADING. EVEN THOUGH ALL THE REVIEWS THIS COMPANY GET ARE TERRIBLE AND SAY THE SAME THING. I WAS THEN BLOCKED!!! AWFUL. LUCKILY PAYPAL AGREED WITH ME AND REVERSED THE PAYMENT AS I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY. I FELT COMPLETELY CONNED AND IT WAS AN AWFUL FEELING THAT I DONT WISH ON ANYONE ELSE. PLEASE BEWARE. WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO DO THE BEST THING FOR YOUR CHILDREN AND THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THAT. DESPICABLE

Misleading advertising

I wish to highlight my recent experience with this company to caution potential customers. The products are advertised in a way that strongly suggests the purchase of physical children’s workbooks. However, what is actually provided is a digital download. I found this to be misleading, and reviews from other customers reflect similar concerns.

When I requested a refund, the company declined. Fortunately, PayPal reviewed the case and agreed with my position, subsequently issuing a refund.

Prospective buyers should be aware that no physical product will be received. In my view, the cost of the digital material does not represent good value for money, and the advertising lacks clarity.

Buyer Beware!!

Scam!! Advertised as a book for £10-20 per book and then sent a PDF!!! Buyer beware! I contacted them and “Lily” informed me it was mentioned that it was a pdf in the “product description”. Come on now Lily - you advertise the product as a glossy book in all your marketing materials. I hope some other parents see this and avoid this company.

Practically theft

Practically theft. All product imagery depicts printed actual workbooks so it is reasonable for the average parent to assume that that is the product they will receive. These scam artists claim their get out is that it says in a box it’s a digital download. However, that’s UNDER the add to basket button and once that’s been selected the robbers know people aren’t going to read in and see that. The decision to purchase has been made. They are thieves, unhelpful and I wouldn’t recommend them if a semi automatic was held to my head.
