Beware before you play
Loved the casino when I discovered and began playing..Great games, BUT when I went to redeem my winnings, they did not have my bank on their list of banks. They do not use Skrill, PayPal etc. They use AEROPAY as their bank verification company
So I go to Aeropay's website and create a ticket via email. They state over 13,000 banks on their list. Not one of my banks are on there. So ,I have 700.00 sitting their that I won fair and square, and unless I go and open a new checking account at one of those banks, I can't redeem. I have never had a problem with any of the other online casinos redeeming to my bank, or Skrill. Beware before you play and check the banks listed on the AEROPAY website, so you don't get stuck like I did! I would welcome a response from Smiles,as I sure am not smiling now!!

Thank you for responding, may I suggest using Plaid as a bank verification tool. I have never encountered Areopay before but numerous online casinos use Plaid. I will still play your casino because I love your games etc.,but I will save my winnings ( not go under) until I can redeem them. I hope there isn't an expiration date and they disappear.

I did account verification process and everything was accepted including connecting my smiles casino account to my PNC bank account. I have screenshots of my account being fully verified, that is until however I won $100 and tried to redeem it. At that time they emailed me saying my bank account needs further verification but how can something that is FULLY verified needing further verification. They also have my account number wrong in then email and when I made them aware of this and sent them a statement with the correct account number that I linked to their site they unverified my account. I read bad reviews that they try everything they can not to pay out and I see now that that is true because it is beyond obvious they are just trying not to pay me and I have more than enough proof of this. I am not usually one to leave bad reviews but I will be posting my review everywhere until this is made right because they had no problem taking money from my bank accounts but then don’t want to pay me the money they owe me back into my bank accounts. You cannot verify someone fully and then comes time to pay try to take the verification back.

This site is refusing to process my…
This site is refusing to process my redemption for almost 2 months now. All I did was buy a few of their packages, play it on a random slot, then try to withdraw it. Please be aware that if you do not throw all your money away THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU - total scam site that should not be allowed to operate.
Edit: I've replied to their request below with my details so we'll see what happens. I first contacted their support a month ago and get nothing but canned responses and transfers to a "relevant team" so I'm not expecting much.
Edit 2: They did end up paying me out. Seems like it was a mistake on their part where they missed my response to their identity verification. Updating to 3/5 stars
